Marvel and LEGO have announced a new Marvel X-Men: The X-Mansion Set what brings X-Men ’97s iconic characters to brick fans and features some exciting milestones. As part of the adult range, this set is not only the biggest X-Men LEGO set, but also the debut of some of the best. X-Men ’97 Characters in minifigure form.

The set will be released to the public on November 4th, with an earlier release of November 1st for LEGO Insiders. Other X-Men sets – including the LEGO X-Men Wolverine’s Chopper Showdown, which continues to gain value for collectors lucky enough to own it – have been somewhat limited in availability. But the success of X-Men ’97 And the upcoming MCU X-Men movie is driving interest in the characters, and LEGO fans can now take advantage.

The best detail revealed in the pictures of the The new LEGO X-Mansion set also shows a subtle further celebration of Gambit. In the Danger Room, a sign on the wall reads UX 266. Those in the know will already be aware that this celebrates Gambit’s full debut in Marvel Comics, in Invisible X-Men #266 (June 19, 1990). It’s the kind of excellent little detail that keeps LEGO fans coming back.
