We hope Black Friday bundles more recent games with the PS5
Especially after the PS5 Pro fiasco
The PlayStation 5 Pro was announced in September with a noticeable lack of new games at launch. Sony focused on optimizing existing hits for the console rather than bringing new titles to the table to encourage new users to buy. The Black Friday bundle seems to be repeating the same mistake as the PS5 Pro, By pairing the console with an old game.
Fortnite has been paired with the PlayStation 4 and even the Pro Edition, and pairing it again with the PS5 seems like a missed opportunity. I’m hoping that when the deal announcements roll out, Sony will give non-PS5 owners a more stylish game to entice them to buy into the console. As with all leaks, it’s also important to remember that it’s potentially wrong, but considering past bundles, it’s safe to assume that the Fortnite PlayStation 5 Slim bundles will be available for purchase during Black Friday sales.
