Dr. Contessa Metcalfe will return for the season as a friend and even brought a new friend along for the ride. She will definitely change the team dynamic. Last year’s newcomers Sweet Tea and Phaedra will also return to the main cast. Sweet Tea has made a big splash in her marriage to Dr. G, and baby fever is expected to take center stage.
