DC Comics has revealed a new DC GO! webcomic titled Taste of Justicewritten by Andrew Aydin with art by Domo Stanton. In this series, the heroes of the Justice League prepare several recipes that readers can follow. With Christmas approaching in the DC Universe, Wally West's Flash is tasked with a different kind of mission for the Justice League when he volunteers to bake cookies for the team. His allies try to help, but he insists he can handle the task after surviving much more dire situations thanks to his speedster abilities. However, Flash's powers take a toll on the cookies as he makes a mess of the kitchen by mixing dough at super speed and struggles to balance baking with crime fighting. In the end, Wally successfully completes his dessert, and although the cookies are not perfect, they are the product of his hard work.
What it does Taste of Justice What's unique is that it includes step-by-step explanations of the recipes, allowing readers to join in the cooking fun. If Flash's chocolate chip cookies catch fans' attention, they can grab the listed ingredients and start their own batch. The comic strip emulates The Great British Cake and other baking shows on television in this regard. As audiences watch people on screen — or in this case, page — bake delicacies, they can draw inspiration for their own culinary endeavors. Justice League fans can expect to see classic heroes like Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman and more come up with their own delicious recipes.
