Although many hope to see a new Justice League James Gunn’s DC Universe film, the co-CEO of DC Studios responds to a new rumor about the team’s supposed return to theaters.
As several DC Universe movies and TV shows have been announced, there have also been several rumored projects that have gained traction online over the past year. A recent rumor claimed that a Justice League the film was in the works at DC Studiosallegedly using Justice League: The New Frontier as source material. When a fan asked Gunn in Threads if it were true that this Justice League reboot was happening – with him reportedly writing and directing – the DC Studios boss wasted no time as he gave the following response:
