90 Day Fiance star Jenny Slaten is often considered an unlikely companion for Sumit Singh, but he recently honored her on her 67th birthday and later the two danced happily outside. For Jenny, this edition of “Scorpio season” was very rewarding. Every time Sumit talks about their love, she must remember when it wasn’t so easy.
Sumit was raised by a cold, critical mother, and Jenny’s unconditional love should make him feel safe.
Everyone was against her, but she learned to fight her own battles. Clearly, she believed Sumit was worth fighting for, and maybe he was. Now that he gets less shade from his toxic mother, Sadhna Singh, who strongly disapproved of Jenny, it seems like Sumit can truly be himself and show his love. Maybe he loved Jenny all along. She forgave him for catfishing her in the beginning, preferring the real Sumit to the impostor – that’s kind of romantic. Sumit can count on Jenny in good times and bad.
90 Day FianceandJenny can enjoy life now
She overcame so many obstacles
Ahead of Jenny’s birthday on November 21, Sumit posted a loving tribute to his wife. On October 7, 2024, he let the world know exactly how he feels about the poor woman who was mercilessly mocked for loving him. Yes, Jenny hung in there when she probably should have cut her losses, but maybe she was right all along. She might be fighting for a good life with a nice man. Perhaps Jenny saw qualities in Sumit that didn’t always come across on screen. summit he wrote:
My wife! I don’t have many words to explain my love for my wife. She is everything to me. It’s hard to see those words AGE GAP! I guess there’s no way to explain my love except that I just want people to stop mentioning the age difference. And I don’t need to explain to anyone that we simply love each other. #90dayfiance #90dianoivo #90dayfiancetheotherway #to #maximum
In the photo accompanying the post, Jenny and Sumit were smiling and both seemed to be at peace. Although Sumit sometimes seemed like a real coward, he also had his problems. Growing up with parents who withheld love when he didn’t follow the rules must have been exhausting. Now, he can just be himself. Things are a little better between Jenny and her parents. That was truly the biggest thorn in his side.
Seeing Jenny enjoying her life without the usual heated arguments and belittlement from her in-laws is incredible. When no one puts her down and tries to make her feel bad for simply existing, she flourishes. Sumit also seems to be blossoming, really relaxing into a relationship that is right for him. No one gave this couple the freedom to live – everything was under a microscope – nothing was good enough. But the truth is, both are good enough – always have been.
Is this the happiest phase of Jenny’s life?
She looks amazing on Instagram
Jenny You may be loving this phase of your life – it could be better than any other. She has already resolved many problems and has now built bonds with her in-laws. How strong these ties are remains to be seen – in particular, Sadhna is not trustworthy. The abuse she doled out was large-scale and relentless. Therefore, although there is peace, it is always tentative. Anything could throw them back into that toxic dynamic again. Above, Jenny and Sumit dance, and he’s actually really good, with fluid, slightly bouncy movements. Jenny does her best.
What shines here is happiness. It’s a happy couple in action. True happiness is hard to fake. It simply radiates, giving the person a look that is difficult to imitate. In the past, most of the time, Jenny didn’t seem completely content. She has problems and stress has appeared. Now she is fit, smiling and enjoying fun activities with Sumit. It doesn’t seem like these two need much to be happy – they have each other.
However, there is one thing they may need: money. Jenny is not rich – she often talked about her financial problems on screen. Sumit previously didn’t have much either. This could be why they want to return to the 90DF franchise. Jenny has spoken publicly about how she would like to be cast again. However, in the franchise, happiness doesn’t really sell. Yes, there is a spinoff, 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?, but really, that show features couples in the middle of some serious drama. Perhaps this modern-day Cinderella will get her wish and return for another season. If she doesn’t, at least she will have her handsome prince.
