What's different about Pocket Camp Complete?
Pocket Camp Complete comes with new features
Surprisingly, a lot was added Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp complete. Unfortunately, there were also some losses. The first notable loss is that Complete pocket camping lack the same multiplayer functionality as the original gamecausing confusion among fans of the original Pocket Camp. Multiplayer was a fun part of Pocket Camp, allowing players to visit other camps, trade, and collect resources with others.
Even with previous Animal crossing games, part of the fun was always being able to visit friends. To remove this option in Complete pocket camping left a bitter taste in the mouths of many players. Unfortunately, there will also no longer be regular updates for the game.
No more online services, Complete pocket camping also ended microtransactionswhich is a good thing. Instead, you will need to pay a one-time purchase fee for the full game to access all of its benefits, and Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp complete has lots of new features, including new features and content. Complete pocket camping now has a fan-favorite feature of New Horizons: customized designs. Players can import their designs and designs from other creators.
The fun doesn't stop there; Complete pocket camping Features stickers to decorate your planners. There will also be new events and fortune cookies in 2025. Another fun improvement for Complete pocket camping is the ability to walk around your campsite with one of your animal friends. It's a cute and fun activity, reminiscent of how you can travel alongside Pokémon in certain Pokémon games.
How does the monthly subscription service Pocket Camp It's not a thing anymore, all of its features will be available for free in the base game. This includes Merry Memories, Happy Helper, and Furniture & Fashion content. Additionally, membership cards were transformed into camper cards. How much does the full Pocket Camp cost?
The current price is not the forever price
From its launch on December 2nd until January 31st, 2025, Complete pocket camping It costs $9.99. After January 31st, however, the price will increase to $19.99. While I don't think paying $9.99 is a big deal, the price increase to $19.99 seems extremeand I personally wouldn't pay that much for the game.
You can start from scratch with Complete pocket campingor transfer your data from the original game. To transfer your data, simply log into your Nintendo Account linked to the original game and select Transfer when prompted.
Going from a free game (with microtransactions, of course) to a paid version doesn't please me anymore. Although I would prefer to pay the one-time price of $9.99 to continue playing Pocket CampDoubling that price seems like a steep jump for a mobile game that lacks true multiplayer functionality.
Should you buy the full Pocket Camp?
If you do, now is the best time
I love cozy games like Animal crossingand the series, in general, brought me a lot of good memories. My first Animal crossing the game was New Leaf, which I instantly fell in love with. Then it came New Horizonsthat I learned during the COVID-19 pandemic. New Horizons It helped me get through some stressful and boring days.
While Pocket Camp precedes New HorizonI only invested a few years in the mobile game. Honestly, I'm not a big fan of mobile games, but I enjoyed logging in Pocket Camp sometimes. It's easy to notice when I'm in bed and can't sleep, during long car rides, or even when waiting at the doctor's office.
That being said, I once knew Pocket Camp was discontinued and replaced by Complete pocket campingI would be buying. Do I regret my decision? Not really, but it was because I paid the $9.99 price; I definitely wouldn't buy it for the increased price.
Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp complete It's a fun, cozy game to pick up when you're bored, but if you like being able to visit your friends, it's probably not the best. Animal crossing game for you. It also might not be for you if you don't like spending money on mobile games or if you don't like mobile games in general. The $9.99 price is a good deal for what the game isin my opinion. So if you are going to buy, I would do so before the price increases. Otherwise, I don't think it's worth it.
