The tragic trajectory of the Rocky Franchise still reaching its third movie is a troubling sign for Wu Creed IV May take Adonis’s story further. After the blockbuster success of Creed III, Creed IV was quickly put into active development by producer Irwin Winkler. After franchise star Michael B. Jordan made his directorial debut with the Drakequel, he will be back in the director’s chair for the fourth film. But if the US Creed Series continues to follow the trajectory of the Rocky Series, then Creed IV May bring tragedy to Danny’s home life.
So far, the Creed Movies followed these Rocky Movies pretty tight. In the first movie, Danny proved himself by taking on a formidable opponent. In the second movie, he settles an old score with a long-time rival. And in the third, things got personal. The Creed Films were not carbon copies of these Rocky films – They have carved out their own path – but They followed the dramatic structure of each Rocky Movie in broad strokes. If the confirmed Creed IV Follows in the footsteps of Rocky IVThen Danny’s family could be in trouble.

Rocky started having family problems after Rocky 4
Rocky’s family began to crumble in the fourth movie
Rocky’s family life began to disintegrate Rocky IV. The movie begins with Apollo Creed being killed in the ring by a ruthless Ivan Drago, meaning Rocky lost his beloved mentor. The Creed Movies don’t have their own version of Apollo – an adversary-turned-mentor – but the closest thing that Danny has is Rocky himself, who mentored him from the beginning. Since Rocky is the flagship star of this cinematic universe, it is unlikely that he would get freeze in Creed IVBut it is not impossible. It would surely catch viewers by surprise and establish sky-high stakes for the story.
Whether or not Creed IV Does something similar to Apollo’s death from Rocky IV, Rocky V That’s when things really started to fall apart for Rocky. He lost all his money, thanks to a sad accountant, and had to return to his old working class. He abandoned his son Robert when he needed him most – when he was struggling in school – and his latest wonder, Tommy Gunn, turned against him. If the Creed series follows this trajectory, there could be terrible things for Danny and his family.
The Creed movies mirrored Rocky’s story in many ways
They are both underdogs who became champions
Although there are many differences between these Rocky And Creed movies, there are also some parallels between the stories of the two characters. Like Rocky, Danny is an underdog who rose through the ranks and defied the odds to become a champion. Like these Rocky Sage, The Creed Saga is more of a love story. Rocky’s boxing career was secondary to his love for Adrian, and Danny’s boxing career was secondary to his love for Bianca. Both these Rocky Movies and the Creed Movies have chronicled the meteoric rise of the title character from a fresh-faced lover to a seasoned pro.
The biggest difference between Rocky and Danny is that Rocky was not one to make a name for himself, whereas Danny was born into a boxing dynasty and had to live up to his father’s legendary name.. But the principle was the same: they were shallow underdogs with a lot to prove. Both Rocky and Danny have to contend with the ups and downs of celebrity life in the public eye. So far, Danny’s story has mirrored Rocky’s, so it stands to reason that the next steps of his journey will continue to follow in Rocky’s footsteps.

The family of Adonis was one of the pillars of the Creed movies
Bianca and Amara are the most important people in Donnie’s life
Danny’s family was one of the pillars of the Creed Movies. His wife Bianca is his rock who supports him at his lowest points and cheers him on at his highest points. Where Rocky neglects his son to focus on his career, Danny puts his career second so he can devote as much time and energy as possible to raising his daughter Amara. Having grown up in a group home, Danny appreciates the value of a good parental figure and a healthy home life, and wants to make sure Amara has the father he doesn’t have.
When he was stuck at a crossroads in his life, Danny turned to his mother, Mary Ann, for guidance. Since he sadly lost his mother in Creed IIIHe holds Bianca and Amara even more dear. Family is deeply important to Danny and his wife and daughter are the two most important people in his life. Danny is the committed, loving father that his own father never was—and Rocky never was—which is truly inspiring to see. This makes the possibility that he might lose his family in the next couple of movies even more heartbreaking.
Adonis facing family problems could make Creed even better
So far, there hasn’t been much conflict in Danny’s personal life
As heartbreaking as it would be to see Danny lose his family, or something equally tragic happen to them, it could make the Creed Saga an even better story. until now, The Creed Kino has had plenty of trouble in the ring—Danny has made his fair share of enemies over the years—but not much trouble outside the ring.. Bianca has always been supportive of Danny, and Amara has always felt loved and prioritized by her dad. It’s really sweet to see Danny as a caring family man, but it’s not exactly a compelling drama.
This storyline was handled pretty poorly Rocky VWhich is generally considered to be one of the weakest entries in the franchise. If Creed IV And its sequels can handle the family tragedy a little more gracefully, It may be exactly what these Creed Movies need to keep feeling fresh. In its first three installments, the Creed Series has done a really admirable job of continuing to raise the stakes and avoid falling into a familiar formula like this Rocky Films did. Family drama may be the key to keeping it up Creed IV.
I really love watching Danny’s family grow in these Creed films, and it breaks my heart that his idyllic family life could come crashing down in the next movie. But it would be a great way to keep evolving the story and present Donny with new challenges to overcome. As much as I don’t want to see Danny lose his family Creed IVIt may be what the saga needs to keep its audience on their toes.
