I'm wondering if Andrei will leave Libby since he has American citizenship (he described her family as a “cult”)

I think that 90 Day Fiance star Andrei Castravet has always been a difficult man, and although he appears to love his wife Libby Potthast, the fact that Andrei now has American citizenship could mean that He plans to stop playing the family man. Over the years, Andrei has disappointed Libby again and again. The man who controls his wife Libby like it's nobody's business has even described her family as a “cult” in an exclusive chat with US Magazine. Although they resisted, the fact that their immigration status changed could signal a shift in Libby and Andrei's dynamic.

Instead of letting Libby down in small ways, Andrei could do his worst. He could leave her, just like Pedro Jimeno left Chantel Everett and Michael Ilsenami left Angela Deem.

They met in Ireland while using a language app. Andrei, a kinda guy who clashes with Libby's family (when he's not asking for money or a job), probably seemed charming at first. He was fit, attractive, and devoted to his new love interest. However, the Moldovan man has a dark sideand if he secretly plays his American wife, this phase of their lives together could be crucial.

Their relationship has been a wild ride so far. It is interesting that Andrei used the “cult” analogy, as he appears to have cult-like control over his wife. He's no Charles Manson or David Koresh, but in his own way, he's done great damage to her life. He dragged Libby down a path that took her away from her own family.

In Scientology, many followers are encouraged to cut ties with the people who love them most because they are “suppressive” people. This tactic is shady, to say the least, and is part of the reason why this “church” has such a bad reputation. Anyone who questions Scientology, which has a rather far-fetched, UFO-inspired premise, is considered an enemy…even if they are a loving mother or father who is worried about their brainwashed child in the cult.

Andrei probably doesn't consider himself a brainwasher. As I said earlier, he seems to sincerely love Libby, but on the other hand, would anyone who truly cared devastate the landscape like that? Would they make things so difficult for the wife that she would have to avoid most family members? I don't think so.

It seems to me that Andrei is trying to leave Libby all to himself. He took what he could from her family and now he doesn't want to deal with them anymore, and he doesn't want her to either. To me, this is a huge red flag.

The Potthasts are not angels. Chuck's business tactics were questioned. No one's trying to say they didn't fight dirty either, but before Andrei showed up, the controversial clan wasn't in shambles. Now it does, and it probably made a lot of family members very sad. It's like Andrei is forcing Libby to choose between him and her familyeven if she thinks the decision is her own.

I'm not saying she doesn't have agency over her own life, but Andrei can be so oppressive, trying so hard to get what he wants. It can be difficult for her to maintain a sense of self when he is so determined to get what he wants. He may make her believe that she is turning away from them because they have wronged her, when the truth is that they love her more than anyone else.

90 Day Fiance's Chuck Potthast isn't a perfect person, but it's clear he adores Libby. He practically melts when he looks at her and always gives in to her demands, whether she wants a fancy wedding in Moldova or something else. He can't stand it when she's sad.

Andrei has always been a rude person

Your manners need some work

Andrei has been cruel to Libby, whom he claims to love. He swore at her in Moldovan and rudely ordered her to

“listen twice,”

and basically ruined his relationship with his family. She sticks around, almost as if she has been brainwashed by his verbal aggression and ambitious ambition. Obviously, she loves this man, but is he good for her and will he stay? Maybe this will all end in tears. Not today, not tomorrow, but someday.

Andrei and Libby put down roots. They are a family. However, women in international relations can be overconfident. It's very easy to get burned. If Andrei decides to move on, Libby will likely be devastated and will need to spend a lot of time trying to repair her relationships with her relatives. She'll need them if she's raising her children without Andrei, even if they share custody. Hopefully Andrei is on the same level.

Libby is naive in some ways. A woman who wants to make a living singing children's songs may idealize her spouse, glossing over things that should never be ignored. His romantic spirit is sweet, but Andrei has a ruthless quality. He said wild Tinker Tailor Soldier Spystyle stories about fleeing Moldova in the dead of night to avoid rogue cops. Of course, that could be true, but it wouldn't be surprising if he was embellishing.

There is a touch of gross disloyalty in 90 Day FianceAndrei Castravet, and personally, loyalty is something I value. Those who are loyal generally understand the give and take in human interactions. I am extremely loyal. Those who stand by me are rewarded and never forgotten. I hope Andrei never treats Libby the same way he treated her family. This twisted dynamic has fueled a lot of interesting antics on screen, but in real life it's not that funny.
