I Changed My Mind, Robyn Brown Is the Real Villain in Sister Wives Season 19 (She Finally Got What She Wanted)

Sister Wives star Robyn Brown has faced some deep criticism over the years, but After believing that Robyn might not be the current season's villain, I changed my mind. Throughout the race Sister Wives, There has been an undercurrent of tension between Robyn and the rest of Kody Brown's wives. Although the family lived in a plural marriage for years, Robyn married much later than Christine Brown, Janelle Brown, and Meri Brown. With Kody's original wives marrying him in the 1990s, his relationship with Robyn only began in 2010, and the legal marriage only took place in 2014.

Kody and Robyn's relationship was a huge turning point in his life and his other relationships, as their time together made it clear that he is more invested in Robyn than his other wives. Robyn's time in the Brown family was filled with tension from the start, as the family had to move and bend to accommodate her as one of Kody's wives. Throughout their time together, Kody and Robyn have made it obvious to their family and the show's viewers that they are responsible for each other, but It's clear to me that Robyn is the real villain.

Sister Wives Season 19 showed a new side of Robyn

She's more of a victim than ever

As Sister Wives As season 19 continued, there has been a lot of drama surrounding Robyn that has changed the way some viewers viewed her. While Robyn has always been a controlling figure with a victim mentality, the current season of the show has made her seem more of a victim than ever. Robyn, who has been doing her best to stay out of the drama between Kody and his ex-wives, made it clear that she feels more negatively impacted by family drama than anyone elseeven though his life has changed less than anyone else's.

Most of Robyn's problems with her family arose during Sister Wives season 18, where she was open about the fact that she was struggling with the way Kody's children from his other marriages treated her. Although she felt they were lacking respect and purposefully leaving her biological children out of things, Robyn was revealed to be the instigator of much of the drama between Kody and his adult children. Over the past few seasons, a new side of Robyn has emerged as she was able to clearly explain her problems with her family but did not take any responsibility.

Robyn's interactions with Meri changed my perception of her

Robyn was cold to Meri

Throughout the last stretch of the episodes of Sister Wives, Robyn's interactions with her ex-sister, Meri, have changed the way I see her, especially knowing how she treated Meri before the split. While Robyn's relationship with Meri has always been strange, it's clear that her issues with her sister and wife came from the growing tension between Kody and Meri. While Robyn tried to play peacemaker in the show's early years, things got worse as time went on. In recent seasons, Robyn treated Meri badly for deciding to leave Kody when she claimed she wouldn't.

Robyn's controlling nature towards her daughters has been overwhelming

Robyn tried to keep them under her control

While Robyn's children have been a big part of the problems she faces in her family, her treatment of them has been strange over the past few episodes. Robyn's controlling nature has made me feel overwhelmed by her parenting style in the past, but in recent episodes of the series, seeing Robyn asking Kody for permission for her adult children to go to church was surprising. Robyn asked Kody if her daughters would be allowed to go to a new church, volunteering to go with them, and seemed to expect him to veto her idea.

While Robyn wanting to go to a new church isn't suspicious, the fact that she didn't feel comfortable allowing her daughters, who are in their 20s, to go to a church alone to test things out for themselves was strange. Knowing that she felt like she needed to keep an eye on them and control what was going on in their lives to some degree was proof that Robyn doesn't believe her children will support her if they develop her ideas or thoughts. Robyn doesn't want her children to run away and knows that without her presence this could happen.

Robyn's new interest in monogamy with Kody makes her a true villain

Robyn is just looking out for herself

After years of defending plural marriage as the only suitable option, Robyn seems to have a new interest in monogamy that leads me to believe she is the real villain of Sister Wives. While Robyn has promoted plural marriage to Kody and shared that she didn't want to live in monogamy in the past, it's become clear that she isn't interested in plural marriage now that she would be the oldest wife. Robyn's selfish nature and aversion to having something she so desired in the past make her even more sinister, making it clear that she is the Sister Wives villain.
