Hunter X Hunter has been on a roll recently with lots of exciting events like the return of the series, a new game, and more, but the creator just dropped some bombshell news about the future of the series. It's safe to say that the series is truly back in full swing, as the chances of a proper ending have never looked brighter than they do now.
In a tweet posted by the series creator Yoshihiro Togashi to your personal X accountit was confirmed that he is working on the plot and details of the next 50 chapters and they will be published in the future. Furthermore, he also confirmed that he would return to work on the design of the other chapters and begin the inking process. This is big news as it confirms how many chapters are in the works and will be published.
Hunter X Hunter hasn't seen progress like this in years
The series recently went on hiatus after ten weeks and abandoned ten chapters that were some of the best and most interesting of the entire arc. Fortunately, Togashi continued working on new chapters of Hunter x Hunter and even had surgery that improved his health. This latest news only solidifies the fact that Hunter X Hunter will continue for a long time due to the creator's dedication and passion, and fans who have endured the various hiatuses will be rewarded for their patience.
Us [my team] are currently evaluating the scripts for the next 50 chapters to be published along with their schedules. As soon as this work is completed, I will resume painting the manuscripts.
