Pokémon TCG Pocket gives players a variety of cards to collect, but Mew’s secret card is the one you won’t be able to pick up or buy. Much like the Pokémon video games, Mew is rare and you have to jump through several hoops if you want a chance to acquire it.
Unfortunately, Pokémon TCG Pocket it doesn’t even outright tell players that they have a chance to acquire this card. In fact, the only way you could have seen this card is if you accidentally unlocked it or saw one in another player’s storefront or folder on the social screen.

While Mewtwo, another rare Pokémon, is quite easy to acquire, as it has its own Genetic Apex themed booster and several variations of its card to collect, Mew is not. If you scroll through pack pull rates, take a look at the store, or even look at Wonder Picks, you won’t be able to find this card anywhere.
However, if you’ve already been lucky enough to build your card collection, you may have received this mythical Pokémon as a special reward. That’s because the only way to unlock Mew Pokémon TCG Pocket is by collecting all 150 Kanto Pokémon. This means you need at least one card; It doesn’t matter which of each Pokémon is from Kanto. It may seem easy in theory, but pulling out all the necessary cards can take a while unless you have some extra cash to spend.

As for the card itself, is it worth the effort it takes to get it? Well, that depends entirely on each player. For someone like me who likes the idea of collecting instead of fighting, I would say yes. It’s a rare secret Pokémon card, and the only way to acquire it is by collecting the cards you plan on trying to collect anyway, so there is no wasted effort for a collector.
As for players focused on fighting in Pokémon TCG Pocket and unlock strong Pokémon, this may not be worth it if you have no real interest in the collection aspect. While Could you make some arguments for its use if you’re already running a psychic deckWhen compared to what the rest of Genetic Apex offers among the variety of Pokémon EX, it’s better to build a deck around them and maybe just prop it up in a showcase to earn some Shop Tickets through likes. Either way, it’s a unique and rare card with full art that was a pleasant surprise for Pokémon TCG Pocket Mew players and fans who have completed their Kanto collection.
