You can recruit characters through Premiere Adventurer Listing Services, or PALS found very early in his Redo DQ3 adventure. When you start in Aliahan, your Hero is taken to the Patty's Party Planning Venue building where PALS helps you assemble three other characters to add to your first party. • Choose a new group member
  • Leave a former party member
  • Viewing your group list
  • Recruit more allies

As your party members level up and grow, you can "store" them with PALS using the "To leave" option. You can immediately go back and add them to your party by choosing "To choose" in the PALS menu.
