While this is tedious, it’s not difficult to do, and with the addition of Tiana’s Meal Stand in the valley, you have a place where you can purchase fully prepared meals.

    Once your Well Fed stamina bar is there, simply open your inventory and go to the Gliders category. You will see all of your glider’s options as well as its wings. Select the ones you want to equip and use and exit the inventory.
