How to get the Ice Breaker Exotic Sniper Rifle

There are several ways to increase your chances of getting Ice Breaker from the dungeon, and the most simple is to run the dungeon until you get it. I’ve had my fair share of dungeon and raid grinds for exotic weapons like Euphony, Hierarchy of Needs, and Buried Bloodline, so I’m not looking forward to another one, but You increase your chances of getting the weapon each time you clear the dungeon.
