How to get Iron Man’s Combat Kit & Flight Kit

Some new superhero weapons have arrived Fortnite Chapter 5: Season 4 after the v30.20 update, including Iron Man’s Combat Kit and Iron Man’s Flight Kit. Together, these powerful weapons will have you soaring through the sky and blasting your opponents to smithereens, a bit like the war machine weapons that have been found in the game.

As if Doom’s Gauntlets and Shuri’s Claws weren’t enough to keep Marvel fans satisfied, Fortnite has added even more superhero-themed items to the classic Battle Royale mode. You’ll need these to complete new weekly quests in the game, so here’s everything you need to know to get your hands on Iron Man’s Combat Kit and Iron Man’s Flight Kit.

Where to find Iron Man’s Combat Kit

Talk to the big man himself

The quickest and easiest way to find Iron Man’s Combat Kit is to Buy it from Iron Man himself. You can find this NPC Northeast of the Grim GateNext to the giant windmill that you might recognize as it has been around for a while. He sells the new Iron Man’s Combat Kit and the returned Stark Industries energy gun for 300 gold bars each.

Make sure you’re quick when you land in this spot, though Iron Man only has one combat kit in his inventory. I landed there at the start of a match and had to eliminate three other players before I could safely talk to him. You can see Iron Man’s location marked in the image below if you’re struggling to find him.

Once you’ve got Iron Man’s Combat Kit, you can tap R2 to fire the repulsor, which will shoot small laser beams at your opponents and lock them down if you’re close enough. You can also tap L2 to unleash a Unibeam, which is a giant laser blast that deals 90 damage on impact. The Unibeam has a cooldown of around 20 seconds between blasts, so use it wisely. Where to find Iron Man’s Flight Kit

Search within a Stark Industries case

You can find Iron Man’s Flight Kit In the new Stark Industries chests which are scattered around the map. These look a lot like the existing Avengers Chests and Doom Chests, but with a red, silver and blue color scheme and the Stark Industries logo printed on top of them.

It’s not guaranteed that Stark Industries chests will spawn in the same locations in every match, but I was able to find one consistently. Spawning right next to the Iron Man NPC I mentioned before. Run down the hill in front of the windmill and you’ll find a giant metal shape sticking out of the ground. Next to it is some construction with a Sark Industries chest under it, just waiting to be opened.

Finally, it is possible to get a complete Iron Man loading through Find and open a Stark Mobile Armory. These fall in from the sky FortniteA bit like supply drops, and can be opened once they hit the ground. The drops will either have a War Machine theme or an Iron Man theme, and the weapons you get will depend on that, so keep an eye out for an Iron Man Armory while roaming the island.
