Although you can earn many temporary bonuses in Path of Exile 2 By completing different tasks, some of the buffs you gain are permanent for your character. Each of these ongoing benefits offers something different, from stat boosts to more skill points to spend on your build. Throughout each act of the game, you have more chances to add more permanent bonuses to your character as he grows.

Another way to get these buffs is complete optional tasks or missions outside of the main story, such as collecting equipment or crafting equipment in Path of Exile 2 for specific NPCs.
There is six story acts where you can collect permanent bonusescalled Acts 1-3 and Cruel Acts 1-3. A Cruel Act is a higher difficulty level for existing campaign Acts, featuring new content you can explore for new gear and higher-tier enemies. Earning all the bonuses in the main story Acts will give you new ways to enhance your build and prepare you to perform the same tasks again on Cruel difficulty for even more buffs.
