You're looking for a dock on that side, but it's partially hidden by trees, so stick around. Stop at the first dock you see and get off the boat. From there, just walk a short distance to the first and only building you see in the immediate vicinity and you will find the Sukhothai boxing ring.

Arriving at Voss camp

To enter the Sukhothai boxing ring in the Royal Army uniform, you will need to go further north to Voss camp. The entire Voss camp is very well patrolled, so try to stay out of sight as you head to the west side of the area (pictured on the map above). Near the barracks and the large building with the radio tower you will find a row of showers. On a table near that row of showers, next to a staircase leading to a lower area, the Royal Army uniform lies on a table. Take it, escape the island the same way you arrived, and you can return to the boxing ring you found earlier.
