- Garchomp

Undeniably, Tyranitar is the best Pokémon to use against Team Ke Ke Ke Keas its Dark and Rock-type attacks neutralize almost everything Team Rocket Grunt uses. The only Pokémon that Tyranitar does not counterattack is Shadow Sableye, which also shares the Dark typing. That's why you should also bring Gardevoir, whose Fairy-type attacks can quickly finish off that Pokémon if they appear in the second wave.
