Only then will you be able to build the Rocket Radar with mysterious components which locate where a Rocket Leader can be found. Simply travel to a Rocket Balloon once you have the radar to face Arlo, Sierra, or Cliff. Pokemon GO.
Arlo Lineup and Counters (November 2024)
Choose Pokémon that exploit weaknesses
When you start the fight against Arlo, you will have to defeat three different Pokémon to ensure victory. These Pokémon are presented in three waves, with the first wave having only one possible creature for your team to fight. However, the second and third waves could be one of the three Pokémon Arlo chooses randomly, making it a little difficult to predict which counters you should bring.
Similar to Dynamax attacks in Pokemon GOit is better choose counter-Pokémon that target Arlo’s team’s type weaknesses. Although the random nature of Team Rocket Leader’s squad makes it impossible to form a perfect counterattack team, you can still prepare in advance. Use the table below to understand which Pokémon might work best against some of Arlo’s options:

Just like Cliff and Sierra in Pokemon GOall of Arlo’s Pokémon are Shadow variants, which have more health and deal more damage than their normal counterparts. Fortunately, these Pokémon still have the same weaknesses.
One of the best teams of accountants you can assemble should always include Blaziken for Fire/Fighting Pokémon types. Blaziken can counter Beldum, Metagross, Snorlax, and Scizor, making it a solid choice against almost half of Arlo’s potential team. Chandelure can be used to replace Blaziken if you need a Pokémon to counter Hypno’s unpredictable Psychic-type attacks.
To try using a fast electric type and a bulky water type to complete the rest of your team. An Electric-type like Magnezone or Electivire could easily deal with Charizard and Gyarados, while a Water-type won’t have to worry about taking super-effective damage from any of Arlo’s Pokémon. With a bulkier Water-type like Swampert, you can take a few hits and see what Arlo option you have to counter.
