Harley Quinn's 10 Best Love Interests (Who Isn't The Joker)

Few characters achieved mass popularity Harley Quinn. Starting out as a one-time supporting character in Batman: The Animated Seriesit proved so popular and appealing that it eventually made its way into comic books. Since then, Harley has appeared in numerous stories and interacted with many characters, some even becoming love interests.

Everyone knows that Harley Quinn's main love interest has been the Joker for much longer than before. She was introduced as the Joker's bench and then quickly promoted to his girlfriend, and remained so for several years. She eventually ditched the clown and moved on with her life, including spending time with several new romantic partners. From Batman to Poison Ivy, here are ten of Harley Quinn's romantic love interests besides the Joker.

10

Mason Macabre was Harley's "normal" love interest

Harley Quinn No. 9 by Amanda Conner, Jimmy Palmiotti, John Timms, Paul Mounts and John J. Hill.

The neighborhood heartthrob, Mason Macabre, was one of the residents of the apartment building where Harley Quinn lived. Mason was one of Harley's first new love interests after she broke up with the Joker, but other than being a giant muscle man who lived with his mother, he wasn't particularly notable.

The most notable thing about their relationship was the fact that Harley at one point broke him out of Arkham Asylum, where Mason's cell was right next to the Joker's. This gave Harley a much-needed opportunity to declare her peace with the Joker and finally reject him once and for all. Their relationship really didn't last long outside of New 52 and overall Mason is one of the most memorable love interests she's had.

9

Harley Quinn and Deadshot were a destructive couple

Suicide Squad No. 7 by Adam Glass, Clayton Henry, Ig Guara, Scott Hannah, Val Staples and Jared K. Fletcher.

Harley Quinn and Deadshot held many time together. Since they are both members of the Suicide Squad, they have been in a lot of situations and traveled the world together. It's natural that affection could blossom between them, but given how unstable they both are, it rarely works out well. In one particular instance, Harley kidnapped Deadshot, tied him to a chair, and placed the Joker's severed face on Deadshot's face so she could perform a mock therapy session on him.

There's just no denying that these two are often paired up and definitely have a history of flirting with each other, but they've never been paired as an actual item. Considering Deadshot has a child to take care of, as well as a death wish and Harley's own instability, it's probably for the best that the two never officially dated.

Harley Quinn and Lobo turned out to be a surprisingly good couple

Harley's Little Black Book #6 by Amanda Conner, Jimmy Palmiotti, Simon Beesley, Paul Mounts and Dave Sharp.

A fairly new aspect of Harley Quinn's character is the fact that she can break the fourth wall, and she does so quite often, and DC's requests for her problems are even written from her point of view. Another major character who likes to break the fourth wall is Main Man Lobo. Because of this, they were paired twice and remained good friends on both occasions. The first occurred when Harley Quinn was stranded on a spaceship and had to team up with Lobo to escape. All this time they flirted intensely and even shared a few quick kisses.

But since Lobo spends huge with most of his time in space rather than on Earth, their relationship was doomed from the start. In the distant future Old Lady Harleythey were exes too and were on good enough terms to kiss each other.

7

Janet from HR was another "normal" love interest for Harley

Poison ivy No. 24 J. Willow Wilson, Haining, Arif Prianto, Hasan and Otsmane-Elhau.

Poison Ivy and Harley met a ton of people during their travels around the world, and one of the most interesting was Janet from HR. Janet worked at a chemical plant and was drawn into the chaotic lives of Poison Ivy and Harley Quinn. While nothing more than a civilian, Janet became surprisingly close to the two girls, even ending up sleeping with Poison Ivy and kissing Harley on another occasion.

Considering how normal Janet is, she seems like the perfect foil for Harley's madness. Although they only kissed, there was definitely a romantic spark between them, and if things don't work out with Ivy, Janet could be the perfect option for Harley, as she could provide a realistic view of the world and keep Harley grounded.

6

Harley had a brief romantic interest in Shazam (yes, really)

Injustice: Ground Zero Christopher Sebela, Pop Mhan, Rex Locus, Wes Abbott

World Injustice incredibly dark as the Joker manages to kill Lois Lane and trick Superman into destroying Metropolis. Because of this tragedy, Superman decides that he can no longer allow madmen to run rampant throughout the world. This leads to Superman attempting to take over the world, with only Batman and his resistance standing against him. This led to a five-year war between the two factions, with characters sometimes switching sides. This is exactly the hope Harley Quinn had when she met Shazam. He was everything Superman was supposed to be, plus he had the magical power to defeat Superman.

But despite her flirting and genuine interest in him as a person, Harley was never able to convince Shazam to betray Superman, which ultimately led to Superman killing Shazam. It's probably for the best that this relationship went nowhere, since unbeknownst to Harley, Shazam was actually Billy Batson, a young boy.

5

Harley Quinn was happily married to Dick Grayson (in the future)

Old Lady Harley Frank Tieri, Inaki Miranda, Eva de la Cruz and Dave Sharp

When it comes to physically attractive characters, it's pretty hard to deny that both Nightwing and Harley Quinn are in there. They are both people at the absolute peak of their physical fitness and are simply incredible to watch. That's why it's no surprise that some people are thinking about seeing them together. IN Old Lady Harleythis seems to be exactly what happened. Although it is not shown directly, Harley mentions that she was happily married to Dick Grayson for a few good years, and that marriage only ended when he was killed in battle.

Considering that Harley has many former in Old Lady HarleyThe fact that her marriage to Grayson only ended because of his death seems to imply that they were very happy together and that the marriage could have continued. They're certainly an odd pairing, but considering Harley Quinn and Nightwing are Olympic-caliber gymnasts, they probably have a lot to talk about.

4

Booster Gold is Harley's Most Unexpected Love Interest

Harley Quinn No. 74 by Sam Humpries, Sami Basri, Hi-Fi Design and Dave Sharp.

Another strange choice for Harley Quinn's love interest is none other than Booster Gold. Booster has come from the distant future to become a superhero and a celebrity with the help of his high-tech gadgets. He was motivated solely by self-interest and greed, but in the end he turned into a true true hero. It's possible that Harley Quinn was able to understand the idea that she would eventually turn into a hero, just like before. many the work that needs to be done to redeem himself and from his villainous days. They had a short but rather passionate affair, but it did not lead to anything.

The fact that they were able to almost start a relationship at all was quite impressive considering their last major meeting took place in Heroes in crisiswhere they both considered each other to be the perpetrators of the massacre. They tried to kill each other several times, but they seemed to be able to forgive each other and get over it.

3

Selina Kyle was Harley's ex-wife in the distant future

Old Lady Harley Frank Tieri, Inaki Miranda, Eva de la Cruz and Dave Sharp

As stated earlier, Harley had many romantic interests over the years. IN Old Lady Harley In the future, it appears that Selina Kyle was one of Harley's many love interests, and at one point even married her. Readers didn't get to see much of what their marriage was like, but given how they acted afterwards, it seems like it most likely happened. many quarrels and disputes over trifles.

In the main universe, Harley and Selina were never romantic, and Selina was annoyed by Harley more often than not. But they still united several times, especially in Gotham City Sirens. Overall, there is a lot of potential for them to be together, and this idea has been discussed in the past, but readers never saw a full-fledged relationship between them, but maybe someday in the future.

2

Batman has been a fan favorite couple for decades

Batman: White Knight Sean Murphy, Matt Hollingsworth and Todd Klein

White Knight Universe" is a great look at iconic characters in a new way. The Joker had a separate personality known as Jack Napier, who was an innocent man. Harley Quinn was much less funny and fourth wall breaking, and Batman was much more violent in the beginning. After Jack sacrifices himself to protect Harley and her children from the Joker's identity, Harley begins a relationship with Batman. Their relationship is so close that at one point they not only got married, but Harley even named one of her children Bryce, a play on Batman's name Bruce.

This is practically the only time in comic book history that Harley Quinn and Batman have been romantically involved with each other. Readers still I didn't get to see them together since the comic didn't mention their marriage, but they were still a pretty cool couple.

1

Poison Ivy is Harley's ideal romantic interest

DC Comics: Bombs No. 42 by Margarita Bennett and Mirka Andolfo

Of all the love interests on this list, Poison Ivy has always been the most consistent and long-lasting. There is no one Harley loves more or wants to spend more time with than Poison Ivy. These two have been together in comics and animation and will no doubt be together in live-action once they appear together. They are a perfect couple. Poison Ivy is not only a former supervillain like Harley, but she is also much more sensible and down to earth than Harley. These two balance each other out perfectly.

While Poison Ivy is able to keep Harley grounded and not get involved in crazy plans or wacky adventures, Harley is able to humanize Ivy. Given Ivy's abilities and goals, it's easy for her to lose track of why she should care about humanity, but Harley constantly reminds her. Here's Why Of Everyone On This List, Poison Ivy Is The Only True Love Harley Quinn.
