Pemberton, still working on both previous Spider-verse Kino, seemingly debunked the report and claimed that the rumors of Spider-Man: Over the Spider-Verse‘s continued delay and creative overhaul are simply not true.

Pemberton claimed that some things on the Internet are often not true, something that is admittedly more common in today’s world. Hopefully, this update means the reports of Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verses continued delays and more worrying story overhauls are untrue, with the source being someone directly working on the project.
Why Sony is unlikely to interfere with beyond the Spider-Verse production
