Every character in the multiverse hidden at the end of What If...?

Notice! This post contains SPOILERS for What If...? Season 3, Episode 8Marvel reveals nineteen new MCU characters from alternate universes in And if...? season 3, episode 8. Over the course of three seasons, And if...? offered a brief glimpse into some of the countless timelines in the Marvel multiverse. From Infinite Ultron in And if...? Season 1 for Kahhori in And if...? Season 2 for Howard the Duck and Agatha Harkness' celestially energetic baby Byrdie in And if...? In season three, some of the MCU's most powerful characters made their debut in Marvel Studios' first anthology series.

And if...? Episode 8 of Season 3 sees the Watchers' attempt to punish Uatu intercepted by Captain Carter, Storm, Kahhori and Byrdie. Thanks to the heroes' oath to become Watchers, Uatu is saved and the other Watchers agree to let his intervention go unpunished. As Uatu reflects on the infinite possibilities of the Marvel multiverse, the And if...? The final montage of the Season 3 finale reveals some characters who inhabit some of the alternate timelines that the MCU has yet to explore.

Curiously, a 1992 edition of And if...? follows a variant of Spider-Man who couldn't get rid of his extra limbs at all. On the bright side, this unfortunate variant is capable of saving Gwen Stacy from the Green Goblin.

In the comics, Ghost Ronin is the nickname adopted by Marvel's adaptation of the real-life warrior Miyamoto Musashi, known for his swordsmanship. Carrying Zarathos inside him, Ghost Ronin helps the time-traveling Avengers fight Mephisto in Edo Japan.

Considering that Frank Castle usually carries some common weapons such as revolvers and machine guns, Punisher Riri wields laser-based firearms, cannons, and a hook-like machine.
