In One punch man
the tough cyborg known as Gene is the second protagonist of Saitama's titular hero, with his battles as crime fighters ranking as some of the most savage and intense fights in the anime and manga space, period. In a new pair of viral cosplay clips, Geno gets a live-action look that perfectly adapts his mechanical body in a way that deserves an official big-screen treatment.
A cosplay faithful to the series brought to life by @zh9bi via TikTok, this talented creator doesn't have many videos uploaded to his account yet, but considering what has already been shared, @zh9bi has a bright future as part of the cosplay community.
Posting clips featuring three other homemade looks that could easily pass for official Hollywood designs, @zh9bi took Raiden's place from Solid Metal Gear fame, Jotaro Kuko of Jojo's Bizarre Adventureand Kamen Rider from the Japanese television series of the same name, with each costume having features that go beyond a simple cosplay costume.
One punch manGeno has working incineration cannons for his hands in new cosplay videos
Cosplay design by @zh9bi
Categorized as an S-Class Rank 11 hero by One punch manFrom the Hero Association, Geno goes by the name “Demon Cyborg,” a codename that perfectly encapsulates his intense fighting style and use of cybernetics to completely destroy his enemies. Using a pair of incineration cannons that open in the palm of your hands to blast enemies with attacks based on heat, fire or plasma, Geno can also alter his arms and other parts of his body to his liking or, depending on the fight at hand, with his Arm-Blades, reinforcement capabilities and detachable body parts, making him a difficult hero to beat.
Engineering cyborg components that open and close on command, this double-arm design showcases @zh9bi's skills as a creator but it also adapts Geno at his most badass in a way that does justice to his character. Completing Geno's look with a white tank top, blonde hair, and black jeans, @zh9bi's fully functional (but non-lethal) incineration cannons are a sight to behold as they open up and glow a blinding amber hue. Blowing wisps of smoke from somewhere within her light-up arms, @zh9bi's ability to retract her mechanical flaps is a stunning final addition to this cosplay's already jaw-dropping design.
