Enchanted voice cast and character guide

Produced by Skydance Animation for Netflix, Fascinated unites many well-known actors to voice a cast of interesting characters in a fantasy setting. The project is directed by Vicky Jenson, who has a long history with animated films. Fascinated is a musical that acquired the talents of the legendary Alan Menken and longtime collaborator, lyricist Glenn Slater, to help create this fairytale adventure.

The story of Fascinated takes place in the magical land of Lumbria. Follows the princess of the Lumbria Kingdom, Eilian, whose parents are transformed into monsters. In the film, she has to reverse the curse to save her family and her future kingdom. Netflix’s new animated fantasy film features a cast of cutting-edge talent from the worlds of acting and singing.

Rachel Zegler – Princess Ellian

Date of birth: May 3, 2001

Born and raised in New Jersey, Rachel Zegler began acting in musicals at a young age during high school. She began gaining notoriety through her YouTube channel in 2015. Her film career began when she was cast as Steve Spielberg History of the West after an open casting call where she shared videos of herself singing songs from the famous musical. Since then, she has starred in major Hollywood projects. She recently made her Broadway debut in Cheese and guava as Juliet and will star in Disney’s live-action Snow White adaptation in 2025.

Character: Rachel Zegler voices the princess of the Lumbria kingdom. She will travel the kingdom to find a way to break her parents’ curse, which turned them into monsters. She is a highly motivated character who will stop at nothing to get her parents back.

Nicole Kidman – Queen Ellsmere

Date of birth: June 20, 1967

Australian actress Nicole Kidman was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, and moved with her parents to Australia when she was three years old. She starred in Australian productions early in her career but eventually made her way to Hollywood. She gained worldwide recognition in 1995 for his role in Batman: Forever with Val Kilmer. Since then, she has become one of the most recognizable names in Hollywood, with a multitude of film and television roles earning her Oscar and Emmy awards, as well as numerous other accolades and nominations.

Character: Kidman voices Princess Ellian’s mother, Queen Ellsmere. She rules the kingdom of Lumbria with her husband until she transforms into a large monstrous creature.

Javier Bardem – King Solon

Date of birth: March 1, 1968

Javier Bardem is a Spanish actor born in the Canary Islands. He comes from a family of Spanish filmmakers and made his film debut at the age of 21. He starred in several international films at the beginning of his career, but broke with its performance in No country for old people. This role earned Bardem an Oscar and a Golden Globe. This also brought him to international fame. Since then, he’s starred in a solid mix of big blockbusters and smaller independent films.

Character: Javier Bardem voices Princess Ellian’s father, King Solon. He and his wife, Ellsmere, rule the kingdom of Lumbria until he too is transformed into a creature.

John Lithgow – Minister Bolinar

Date of birth: October 19, 1945

Born in Rochester, New York, John Lithgow’s celebrated career began when he studied at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. Throughout his career, Lthgow worked in Broadway theater and made his film debut at age 27. His iconic voice led him to be a narrator in works such as New. Lithgow is best known for his role in the 1996 sitcom 3rd Rock From the Sun. His role on the series earned him several Emmy Awards and a Golden Globe. He is most recently known for his portrayal of Winston Churchill in The Crown.

Character: John Lithgow voices a minister of the kingdom. He kept a secret from Ellian, and after her parents’ transformation, he will push her to become the leader of the Lumbria Kingdom.

Jenifer Lewis – Prone Nazara

Date of birth: January 25, 1957

Jenifer Lewis was born near St. Louis, Missouri, and began her career on stage in musicals. She moved to New York in the 1970s and made her Broadway debut in 1979. She worked in numerous acting roles in film and television, earning several NAACP award nominations, among others. She became widely recognized for her role in The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air from 1991-1996 like Aunt Helen. She also lent her voice in the Disney film The Princess and the Frog and Pixar Cars franchise.

Character: Jenifer Lewis voices Nazara Prone, the other minister of the Kingdom of Lumbria.

Nathan Lane – Sunny

Date of birth: February 3, 1956

Nathan Lane was born in New Jersey and has had a successful career in comedic and dramatic roles. Before that, he began his career on Broadway and made his film debut in 1987. His breakthrough was when he voiced Timon in The Lion King in 1994. Two years later, he starred alongside Robin Williams in The cage. More recently, he has been involved in television dramas such as The Golden Age and Monsters. Nathan Lane’s storied career includes three Tony Awards and three Emmy Awards.

Character: Nathan Lane voices Sunny, The Oracle of the Sun. He is one of two oracles who will help guide Ellian on her quest. Sunny speaks ominously, warning Ellian that she must take on this mission and why she must do it.

Tituss Burgess – Ludo

Date of birth: February 21, 1979

Titus Burgess was born and raised in Athens, Georgia, and debuted on Broadway in 2005. He is known for his high-pitched voice, or tenor, which has allowed him to excel in several musicals. Burgess achieved his breakthrough for his role as Titus in Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt. In 2016, he voiced Photog in The Angry Birds movie. He also lent his voice to the 2019 Addams Family animated film.

Character: Titus Burgess voices the other oracle, Ludo, The Oracle of the Moon. He, along with Sunny, will help guide Ellian on her quest. He is more optimistic than Sunny and tells Ellian where she must travel to be successful in her quest.

Enchanted voice cast and supporting characters

Fascinated also has a supporting cast for the film’s background characters, including the talented Dee Bradley Baker, who plays a beautiful purple creature with magical powers who will be Eilian’s companion on her journey.

Dee Bradley Baker as Flink Dee: Veteran voice actor Dee Bradley Baker, known for his work on dozens of video games and TV shows, voices a creature named Flink Dee.

John Ratzenberger as Milo: A character known in Spellbound as “Milo the Monster Hunter” is voiced by John Ratzenberger of Health fame.

Rich Moore as the postmaster: Rich Moore, director of Destroy it-Ralph and its sequel, is the voice behind a minor Spellbound character known as “The Postmaster.”

Olga Merediz as General: Tony Award-winning actress and singer Olga Merediz voices “The General” in Fascinated.
