Dragon Ball Daima may have already hinted at who will be its final villain

Dragon Ball Dima is the latest entry in the globally famous Dragon Ball franchise, and with the premiere of the first episode, a whole new adventure has begun. As Goku and his friends embark on this fresh journey, the series sets the stage for what could be an exciting and controversial storyline. Fans have already begun debating the direction of this new chapter, but it’s clear that Daima aims to engage both long-time enthusiasts and new viewers.

Dragon Ball Dima Episode #1 lays the groundwork by presenting a surprising twist, in which the key characters have returned to their younger selves, rekindling the nostalgic charm of before Dragon Ball Adventures. Although the transformation stands out as the episode’s most striking moment, a subtle but significant clue, teasing the involvement of the Demon Realm’s Dragon BallsPossibly foreshadows the emergence of the series’ final villain. This implies that neither Gomah nor his allies will serve as the final challenge in the last adventure of Goku and his friends, but someone else entirely.

The final villain of Dragon Ball Daima may appear from the Dragon Balls of the Demon Realm

A dragon with the form of a demon could be the perfect villain for Dragon Ball Dima’s Theme

in Dragon Ball Dima Episode #1, King Gomah and Degesu review clips that teach them about the presence of the Z Warriors from Earth. Although they are happy that powerful enemies like Majin Buu, Babidi and the former Demon King Dabura have been defeated, they are worried that Goku and his allies, who have overcome such formidable enemies, could threaten their status at the top of the demon hierarchy. This fear drives them to use Earth’s Dragon Balls to transform Goku and his companions into younger versions of themselves. However, the episode also reveals that the Demon Realm possesses its own Dragon Balls.

Interestingly, Gomah and Degesu avoid using the Dragon Balls of their realm, not because of a lack of power, but due to the fierce guardianship of the Tamagamis, warriors specially created by Neva, a Namekian of Dragon Ball’s Demon Realm, to protect them. The existence of the alternate Dragon Balls raises the possibility that the Dragon they summon may have a demonic appearanceFits the evil theme of the demon realm. It is evident that Goma and his allies will not stand a chance against the Z fighters. This detail hints that Gomah and his allies may consider the Dragon Balls as a desperate last resort, using them to summon a powerful demonic dragon to turn the tide against the Z Fighters.

The possibility of the demon dragon helping Gomah may also be subtly foreshadowed in the episode. In this episode, Degesu remarks that the use of Earth’s Dragon Balls may have restrictions because their magical powers are based on white wishes, and thus black wishes, such as eliminating someone, are not possible. This suggests that the US Demon Realm’s Dragon Balls can grant black wishes without restriction. Assuming that Goku and his allies overpower Gomah, his desperation may lead him to challenge the dragon. Thus, with a demonic appearance and dark intent, the dragon summoned from the Dragon Balls of the Demon Realm can become the ultimate villain Goku and the others must face in Dragon Ball Dima.
