Dragon Ball Daima was a return to the series’ roots, reestablishing the wonder that defined the beginning Dragon ball. And the newly introduced Demon Realm has that previously lost element, filled with many of Akira Toriyama’s trademark vehicles, landscapes, and magic. Having already given more context to the previously established lore, the newest episode #4 introduced a successor to the series’ Senzu Beans.
In an episode packed with thrilling action and the first glimpse of how its new main villain, Gomah, rules the kingdom, the fact that such a small detail like this has major implications is proof that Dragon ballIt is the construction of the world. As the trio of Goku, Supreme Kai and Glorio continue their adventure, searching for a replacement plane, they come across what is described as a souvenir. It happens These souvenirs may contain healing powers and are absolutely disgusting.
Daima’s new Senzu beans are literally insects
They may be powerful, but they are hard to swallow
Senzu beans have become a staple food Dragon ballsince his introduction in the series, helping the heroes and a villain on several occasions. Having the power to heal the user from any physical injury after being eaten, Senzu Beans got fighters out of a difficult situation during almost every major arc. Now, Dragon Ball Daima resolved the issue of its non-existence in the Demon Realm simply by introducing new ones.
Revive Bugs promises to have the same effect on its users as Earth’s Senzu Beans, healing any physical injuries suffered during battle. Unfortunately for the characters, they are dead bugs. Goku doesn’t seem to mind eating insects, showing a willingness to try them during the last episode. Glorio and Supreme Kai, however, are not so eager to eat the wonderful bugs.
Medi-Bugs offer interesting new possibilities for Dragon Ball Daima
Medi-Bugs may introduce a new fusion
The Revive Bugs weren’t the only mystical insects introduced during DaimaIn the last episode, the merchant who served the store where the trio were shopping offered several different types for sale. There are insects to soothe burns, cure headaches, and even make the user’s skin soft and silky. The most intriguing, however, is the Join Bug, described as having the power to merge two beings.
It is not an exaggeration to assume that Daima is foreshadowing the merger somewhere in the futureone of Dragon ballThe most beloved transformations. While it’s unlikely that Vegito or Gogeta are the result of eating Join Bugs, the prospect of an entirely new fusion could be even more exciting. Dragon Ball Daima introduced several intriguing additions to the franchise in the few episodes that have been released, and Medi-Bugs are the newest and nastiest. Combat hasn’t stolen the series’ spotlight yet, but expect the use of Revive Bugs whenever it does.
