Although most fans can’t get enough of Dragon Ball Daimaat least some are probably still scratching their heads as to why this series debuted when the Dragon Ball Super the anime is still on hiatus and hasn’t even caught up with the manga. However, there is a promising scene in Dragon ball Superis a manga that has the potential to unite the two series in what would be an effective use of foreshadowing for the franchise, if that happens.
In fact, the scene in question also serves as a more convincing theory as to why Frieza Black let Goku and Vegeta live near the end of the Granolah the Survivor Saga in the manga. While Daima canonically occurs much earlier SuperThere’s still a chance that the two series could connect at some point, with the first serving as a foreshadowing for the second. After all, despite a confusing timeline, fans can’t get enough of the Dragon ball franchise.
Dragon Ball Super’s Cube spaceship can connect with Dragon Ball Daima
A visit to the Demon Realm could be coming to Dragon Ball Super
In Dragon Ball Super Chapter #12, Universe 6’s God of Destruction Champa reveals that he disapproved of the fact that his Angel Vados promised the warrior Hit the Cube Spaceship in exchange for joining the tournament against Universe 7 Goku, because Hit could use it to travel anywhere, including any of the 12 universes. An original fan theory suggests that Frieza could, in an upcoming saga, Dragon Ball Supersteal the Cube spaceship to travel to Universe 6 for your own nefarious means, perhaps to exact revenge on the Saiyan race that still thrives there.
However, the fact that the Cube Spaceship is described as having the ability to travel anywhere means that could technically go to the Demon World. As the third episode of Daima proves that there are so many obstacles people must overcome to get there that if someone wanted to get around those barriers they would need additional help. So a villain like Frieza could use the Cube Spaceship to travel to the Demon World in the next Dragon Ball Super saga, which would then connect to the world and characters established in Daima.
Although episode #3 of Daima Alluded to the fact that there are other ways to get to the Demon World, the only method that fans are aware of at this point requires finding a creature called Warp-sama and then presenting him with a four-digit PIN that must have already been granted to them. by a third party from the Demon World. The Cube Spacecraft could probably bypass all of these limitations.
Fans would love to see Daima hook up with Super
Foreshadowing in fiction, especially anime, is widely considered an effective form of storytelling, and this newest theory presents two examples of it. Although Toriyama wasn’t known for planning his stories far in advance, it’s not impossible that he wanted to capture this little detail revealed in Dragon Ball Super chapter #12 in the future, and perhaps connect it with the world explored in Daima. However, after Toriyama’s death, it will be up to whoever takes on the duty of writing Dragon Ball Super (hopefully Toyotaro) to make use of this plot.
Naturally, the next arc of Dragon Ball Super the manga will have to come up with a reason why someone would need the Cube spaceship to get to the Demon World. But at least there’s a way to get there using an already established mode of transportation. Dragon Ball Daima was an exciting gift for fans of the franchise, but many are still eagerly awaiting the Dragon Ball Super manga to return from hiatus and for news about the anime. It would be great if the two series could somehow connect in the future.
