As an investigator linked to the secret Shadow Dragons, she is part of the city’s underbelly. However, she works to protect her vulnerable citizens from the various threats that lurk in the darkness, so she’s more of an antihero. Neve has a very keen intelligence and a playful but cautious demeanor, and prefers to watch from the sidelines rather than be the center of attention.
