She said she was too old for Loren and didn’t want to get involved in the matter. Faith was worried that Loren was pushing the idea of marrying her mother onto her and, eventually, her family. She didn’t want to think that she and Loren were crazy. Loren admitted that although she wanted to be with Faith, His dream was to also live in the Philippinesand it would have been possible if he had married her mother.

It’s more likely that Loren and Faith got married or engaged. The couple may have decided it was best for Faith to move to the US. Loren, although he is a cheater and a selfish man, may have decided to keep his girlfriend’s needs before him and go to America get married instead of getting married in Thailand.
