If you missed the Guardian Games skimmer, you’ll be happy to hear about the Xûrfboard skimmer, which was just revealed in Destiny 2Season 25, Revenant. The first skimmer was only available to earn during the Guardian Games in March of this year, and many players missed out on their chance to get this limited-time vehicle. Now even players who don’t want to spend money on silver can ride the cosmic waves with the all-new in-game skimmer, the Xûrfboard.
Skimmers are a new vehicle class that occupy the same equipment slot as your Sparrow; they provide limited gameplay improvements, but essentially allow Guardians to move quickly through the environment without the need to use skating techniques or good skating. While there’s nothing wrong with Sparrows, Skimmers offer a fresh take on Destiny’s traditional vehicle format. Players hungry for something new can grab the Xûrfboard now as soon as its mystery seller arrives.

The Best Way to Farm Strange Coins
You have several options, but for farming, speed is critical.
There are many ways to get Strange Coins, with the most coins being obtained from winning Gambit and Crucible. Unfortunately, you can’t guarantee victory in PvP, so you won’t be able to quickly silence them. Luckily, Strikes reward you with weird coins whether you’re in a playlist or not, so you can pick and choose what you want to speed up.
I found this the best beat to repeat is “Devil’s Den”, which can be cut down to seven minutes or so. and will reward you with the same number of strange coins for your efforts. Crowon YouTube, you can run it in a world record of 3:45, but you don’t have to do it that fast for it to be an effective farm.
If you get tired of repeating Strike, you can move on to others to shake it up. When it comes down to it, the true cost of farming is your attention span, so don’t burn out. The Strange Coin Farm isn’t as easy as the Silver Leaves farm you may have used during the Solstice event, but it won’t take you too long to earn enough to get a new Skimmer.
Xûrfboard will be available in the foreseeable future. Destiny 2, so if you don’t take it this week, no problem; Xur will return with new curiosities and quests in the coming weeks.
