Now, Undead (through What not) released a trailer for Daryl Dixon season 2 finale, teasing Daryl and Carol's final stand as they attempt to escape France. The trailer reveals that, after Losang (Joel de la Fuente) was killed by Daryl, Jacinta (Nassima Benchicou) went to Anna (Lukerya Ilyashenko) in search of the plane's location. The French Chapter finally comes to an end
The new trailer hints at a major conflict between everyone Daryl Dixoncharacters, indicating that the plot in France is finally coming to an end. With the remains of the Nest and the Power joining forces to prevent the protagonists from leavingthis next episode will likely be the grand finale of how the group shapes the country in the future. The same goes for many other important characters, like Ash, who will apparently take someone back to America, and Codron (Romain Levi), whose redemption appears to be coming full circle.
As for Daryl and Carol, the pair are destined not to return home, with Daryl Dixon the 3rd season is already confirmed to take place in Spain. However, there is no indication of what Ash and Laurent's fate will beas the duo has not yet been confirmed to appear in the future of the show. This means that something unpleasant could happen to the duo, especially after the main duo's tearful embrace at the end of the trailer. The other two could also go to America without them, keeping them safe while the other two decide to try and find an alternative way back.

Given that all the main characters will be fighting each other in one last battle, it seems Daryl Dixon will deliver a satisfying conclusion to its storyline in France. This also means that Daryl and Carol will likely leave for Spain, perhaps even heading to their new location in Europe at the end of the episode. While it's unclear what this means for Laurent's story and Ash's involvement, we believe they will have a fitting ending that will resonate with the main themes of the series thus far - likely an ending where they both come out alive.
