Put VarietyIt has now been officially confirmed that Courteney Cox will reprise her role as Gale Weathers in Scream 7. She joins a cast that already includes Neve Campbell as Sidney Prescott and Mason Gooding as Chad Meeks-Martin. Also on board are newcomers Isabel May (as Sidney's daughter), Anna Camp, Celeste O'Connor, Asa Germann, Mckenna Grace and Sam Rechner.
