Netflix's approach to the massive Narnia The universe has not yet been disclosed, however It is assumed that the first movie will tackle the first book, The lion, the witch and the wardrobe. Set at the height of the London Blitz in World War II, the novel follows the four Pevensie siblings as they are sent to live in the countryside where they discover a wardrobe that leads to a fantastical realm. Once in Narnia, the quartet becomes involved with the return of Asan, who leads a rebellion against the evil White Witch.

Since the book is quite short, the movie should not have problems with the story of The lion, the witch and the wardrobe in one exit. However, the movie may also add other elements of the story The Chronicles of Narnia In order to set up future sequels. Until Netflix reveals more, something outside of CS Lewis' Narnia Novels are entirely speculative.
