Season 1 Episode 20 – “Love Hurts”
The appearance of a dominatrix in the season one episode "Love Hurts" leads to Chase revealing more about his sexual history than anyone expects. After Foreman and Cameron try to save patient Harvey from being strangled, Chase announces that he knows the woman. In a later conversation, he explains how the couple met. Season 7 Episode 12 “You Must Remember This”
Martha M. Masters is the youngest of all Houseteam of doctors. The young prodigy often speaks out against House's methods and dishonesty, but despite her obvious talents, she still needs help from time to time. In the Season 7 episode "You Must Remember This," the team works together to help a young waitress, Nadya, who has a tense relationship with her older sister, Elena. Realizing that Nadia's stress levels and general condition are worsening in Elena's presence, Chase fantastically advises Masters to trick the siblings into fighting so they can study her further.
This moment highlights Chase's character. Houseespecially how he is compared to the main character. The big smile and thumbs up he gives Masters when his idea is successful is heartwarming, but also funny because it shows that Chase is a lot like House. Chase is much more optimistic and invested in his patients than House. but there is a clear connection between the two when it comes to using inventive ways to solve a problem.

Chase's struggle with his faith
Season 1 Episode 5 - "Damned If You Do"
"Damned If You Do" provides interesting context to Chase's past. House Season 1, when a nun is accepted. Chase's reaction to a woman being a religious figure isn't the best at first, and he mentions that he hates nuns. But later he begins to open up to the patient after learning more about her past. Chase previously attended seminary after graduating from high school, and although he no longer practices his faith, his religion is still a core part of his character.
Chase's faith continues to show throughout the show, but Damned If You Do strengthens that part of him. He manages to overcome his complex feelings towards Catholicism and mentions the death of his mother ten years ago, and although he does not directly say that these events are related, it is clear that his rough upbringing influenced his religious doubts. Chase isn't the best character in Houseprevious seasons, but this moment gives him a little humanity and proves that he is more than just House's shadow.

Season 5 Episode 22 – “A House Divided”
"A House Divided" is the season five episode that proves Gregory House is a complete jerk, but the bachelor party is also one of the best moments of Chase's life. Chase's celebrations leading up to his wedding are wild, starting with him being arrested by immigration officials because his work visa has expired. The party itself is very stereotypical, and while drunk, Chase is encouraged to take a belly button shot from stripper Caramel. However, Caramel uses strawberry body butter, which causes Chase to go into anaphylactic shock.
Even though Chase is in the midst of a bachelor party and having fun, he immediately notices that something is wrong. This moment shows that even while intoxicated, Chase is smart. but he doesn’t have time to do anything and falls to the floor. Luckily, Chase makes a full recovery, no, thanks to House. Considering everything Chase does for House, it's annoying that he can't really enjoy his bachelor party because of House's delusions, his last night of "freedom" before the wedding.

Chase grabbed a patient on the hospital roof
Season 1 Episode 2 - "Parenthood"
It is generally accepted that Chase's character development gets better with each season of the series. House progresses, and that in the earlier parts of the show he turns into the main character's lackey. However, in the second episode HouseIn Parenthood, Chase proves that he is more than that. High school lacrosse player Dan is hospitalized with nightmares and double vision, but he disappears from his room in the middle of the night and is found disoriented on the roof.
Dan thinks he's playing lacrosse and heads to the edge, and Chase, without thinking, lunges at the teenager. Chase miraculously manages to tackle Dan to the ground, saving him from falling to his death, in one of the character's most heroic moments throughout the show. Even though Chase calmly tries to talk a semi-conscious Dan out of danger, the doctor knows what to do and puts himself at risk for his patient. This moment confirms that while Chase respects House, he is doing something his colleague would never even dream of doing.

Chase's bet on speed dating with House
Season 6 Episode 14 - “Private Lives”
"Private Lives" from season six is one of the funniest episodes of the series. Housein which Chase decides to get back into the dating scene and attends a speed dating night after his breakup with Cameron. Chase makes a bet with House, claiming that his looks are not his only asset, and that he is pretending to be an unemployed and unintelligent American. which leads to hysterically funny interactions between him and a variety of corny women. Chase's false personality is very different from his true self.
He cheerfully insults the chocolate girl and tells her that her profession is obvious because he can "say by [her] hips", but she is not offended and agrees with him, which proves House's original point. Chase also tells another woman that he plays video games with a shrug, but her only response is to ask if he's a professional, to which he calls her "bro" Chase is clearly a catch, and there's a lot more to it than just his looks, but his ridiculous attempts to refute House's claims fall flat.

Chase's sarcasm when caring for a sitting baby
Season 3, Episode 2 - "Reed and Ability"
Gregory House's best quotes House often the most memorable, Chase's sarcasm is the basis of some of the series' most underrated lines. In the third season episode "Kane and Able", Chase and House meet 7-year-old Clancy, a young boy who constantly hallucinates that he has been abducted by aliens. The child believes that Chase is also an alien, but when the doctor begins to take his blood, Clancy has a seizure. Father Clancy panics and starts yelling at Chase, who points out that his answer is far from helpful.
Chase has some hilarious lines in "Canes and Abilities", including his extremely bad joke about Foreman's mother. However, "Yes, yell at me. It'll fix the baby" is a brilliantly underrated quote from Chase. The way he mumbles it while still keeping the focus on Clancy is fantastic, and it shows that he's confident enough in himself to make a joke while a child's life is in his hands. However, this moment once again highlights how similar Chase is to House, especially in the later seasons of the series.

Season 8 Episode 22 – “Everyone Dies”
HouseThe divisive ending doesn't give everyone a satisfying conclusion, but Chase is one of the few characters whose story is wrapped up well. In season 8, Chase realizes that he is not considered House's equal and leaves, but returns when the main character is believed to be dead. In the final episode of the series, "Everyone Dies", Chase finally becomes head of diagnostics and moves into House's old office. This suits Chase surprisingly well, especially since much of his character's journey centers on comparing him to House and his career aspirations.
Earlier in the episode, Chase even admits that House is a difficult person, but he and Cameron also note that the genius's ability to love is not the most obvious. A big part of why he leaves is because Chase doesn't think he can stand on his own without House, but he comes to the conclusion that he is more than capable and needs to forge his own path. Even though he is returning, his decision to leave is not wrong, and There is no one more deserving of a diagnosis than Chase. Chase becomes not House's replacement, but his upgrade.

Season 6 Episode 8 – “Ignorance is Bliss”
While House and Chase's relationship is generally strong, one moment in the episode "Ignorance is Bliss" shows that Chase doesn't always put up with the protagonist's bullshit. The constant teasing between House and Cameron is terrible. House storyline, so it makes sense that any comments he makes about Chase's affair with her are taken poorly. House provokes Chase for not having any idea about the patient's condition, threatens to call Cameron and receives a blow to the jaw in response.
Chase and Cameron's divorce House is on the horizon for now, and although no paperwork has been signed, their relationship is clearly over. Season 6 Episode 3 – “Tyrant”
Although Chase makes some questionable decisions in HouseWhat he regrets most, albeit unnecessarily, is the season six episode "Tyrant". Guest star James Earl Jones plays President Dybala, a ruthless African dictator who often speaks his mind about the war, believing his reign of terror is a good thing. However, after Chase learns of Dybala's plans to carry out a massacre, he falsifies the test result, which leads to the death of the patient. Although "Tyrant" is far from a sad episode House when a patient dies it is still shocking.

Chase breaks several codes of conduct related to medical ethics by allowing this to happen, but it is also a crucial moment for his character's development. He stops a horrific mass murder that would shock societies around the world, turning the death of many into the death of one. After this, Chase experiences great remorse, and although he gets away with it, he loses his wife in the process. However, this may be Robert Chase's bravest moment in House, and this proves that his morals and sense of justice are more important than anything else.
