Black Myth: Wukong Boasting over 90 boss fights throughout the entire game, and some of them are easier than others; The fight with Erlang Shen and the Four Heavenly Kings in the game’s secret ending is one of the trickiest. Once you unlock the ending, you’ll have to face Erlang twice in two different forms, so it’s best to be prepared for each fight before you go. On top of the two fights, one more fight against four, simultaneous bosses will stand in your way of beating the secret ending.

He takes on a similar role in Black Myth: Wukong, Stepping in to prevent the destined one from escaping his fate as the next monkey king.
How to beat Erlang, the Sacred Divinity in Black Myth: Wukong
In his first form, confuse him with clones instead of transforming
Erlang, in his first form as the Sacred Divinity, can be dealt with more easily if you focus on staggering him rather than going for a full-on attack. Use these A lot of many
Instantly, pop out a bunch of clones that will help you get constant hits off on him, which will increase his stagger meter pretty consistently. Once he is staggered, hit him with your strongest attacks before he recovers.
Erlang also uses quite a bit of lightning-based magic in this fight, which will cause shock and make you take more damage than normal. To cure it, you need to buy Shock-quelling powder
Or spend some points on Train mitigation
. The powders will instantly heal you and add some shock resistance, while Bane Mitigation helps counter each of the four banes.
As for Erlang’s actual attacks, none of them provide enough of a window to attack during the combo itself. Instead, wait until after the combo is over to make your move. Be patient, and use yours Cloud step
Or Stand solid
To escape if you get trapped in one of the combos. If you take your time and focus on getting Staggers off, you’ll be taking down Erlang, the Sacred Divinity in no time.
Beating the four heavenly kings
You’re facing four enemies at once, so stay on your guard
Once you get Erlang’s health down to zero, he’ll call in backup in the form of the Four Heavenly Kings. The four kings represent the four cardinal directions, and are called Duōwén Tiānwáng (North King), Chíguó Tiān (East King), Guǎngmù Tiānwáng (West King), and Zēngzhǎng Tiānwáng (South King). Each of the kings will attack you at once, but thankfully, their attacks are somewhat simple. If you still find yourself struggling, try swapping out your armor set for something stronger.
Presumably in order not to overwhelm the player in the fight, each of the four kings features a simplified version of movesets you’ve already seen in the game. The best strategy is to fight one king at a time, dodging the other’s attacks while you whittle one down. Use light attacks to fill your focus meter, and unleash a heavy attack when you get the chance.

Although there are four opponents in this fight, the fight against the four heavenly kings is not too difficult. As long as you are able to stay out of the way of the other kings, taking down one at a time should see you succeed. There is a short scene that plays as you defeat each king until all four are defeated, and then it’s time to face Erlang Shen once again.
Beat Erlang Shen, for good this time
Take advantage of the Rock Monkey’s strengths
Immediately after beating the four heavenly kings, the destined one will transform into the stone monkey, while Erlang transforms into a huge lion. The two of you will fight again, but this time you have the power of the Rock Monkey on your side. To see the action in full, check out MELOOs video on YouTube.
Erlang hits harder and is more aggressive in this form, but your healing abilities, thanks to your heavy attack, should help you sustain his damage. You can also try a better stick if the one you’re using doesn’t seem to be working. Note that the action is not scripted, meaning you can and will die, so you can always switch your loadout between attempts.
You’ll need to watch out for Erlang’s flaming sword, but the Stone Monkey’s abilities should make the fight relatively satisfying. There is no direct reward for defeating Erlang here, but the end of the fight is the completion of Black Myth: Wukongs secret ending.
