Best Lost Candy Farm Festival

Festival of the Lost is back Destiny 2and while players mourn the fallen Guardians, they can also collect some candy to get awesome rewards. There are only a few ways to gather event currency, and this year there are more ways than ever to spend it. To start, you’ll need to head up to the tower to talk to everyone’s favorite holiday grandmother, Eva Levante.

Like every year, Eva is parked in the middle of the Tower, so head there to pick up her event quest and unlock her rewards. She will tell you about the Haunted Sectors and will also give you her festival mask. This mask is necessary for you to collect candy, so unless you have one from the previous years in your safe, don’t take it apart.

How to get candy

It’s time to hunt down those pumpkin-headed bosses

A Destiny 2 haunt

It’s perhaps not surprising that you collect Candy by playing the event activity, but unlike when farming Silver Leaves for the Guardian Games, There’s no special cheese to stock your candy coffers faster. You earn Candy by killing enemies while wearing your Festival Mask helmet, so any activity with additional high density will provide good Candy generation.

While in the Tower, climb the trees behind Eva and in front of Ikora to collect some free candy.

I tried the Suro Chi farm that people like to complete the catalyst, but with only about 30-40 additions showing up and each “run” taking about two minutes, the numbers still don’t compare to running a Haunted Sector. For each Suro Chi run, I got around 20-25 Candy, whereas with Haunted Sectors, I got somewhere between 70-90. Haunted Sectors take a little longer, around 5:30 if you’re not farming the Headless, so just running simple Haunted Sectors is the way to go.

If you want to increase your efficiency, you can farm Headless Ones in the final sector boss phase. When you eliminate them, you’ll notice that they drop five to seven candies each, instead of the normal one that a red bar enemy drops. If you ignore the boss during Sector DPS, you can keep the Headless Ones appearing, maximizing the number of Candy you’ll get in that run.

That said, this will take longer, so there’s a balance between running sectors quickly and farming candy, but it all seems to balance out in the end. If you can’t get a squad together to run the Haunted Sectors and farm the Headless, just running them normally with a combined squad will suffice.

You can also get event rewards from Eva in the Tower. It offers weekly (+250 candies), daily (+30 candies) and repeatable (+20 candies) rewards.and with each of them offering a certain amount of candy as a reward, they’re all worth grabbing. Before entering any haunted sector, grab as many of them as you think you can do to get another boost in candy earnings. Interestingly, however, there is a faster way to get Candy without having to make any rewards.

Best Candy Farm at Festival of the Lost

Surprisingly, it is not the event activity

As mentioned, any activity will drop candy as you defeat enemies, but some also reward candy upon completion. Although it’s been nerfed a bit recently, this Prismatic Warlock build still takes out enemies without a hitch, so consider trying it out when starting your farm. The type of event that offers the most candy between enemy dropped candy and completion reward candy are actually heroic public events.. xHOUNDISHx on YouTube reveals that the best way to farm Candy at the moment is to spend a lot of time in the place with the highest density of Public Events: the EDZ.

That’s right; It’s time to return to Devrim’s domain and perform some heroic public events with anyone nearby. Whether you’re alone or with a squad, Heroic Public events are easy to complete and reward 185 candies per completion. This doesn’t include any candy collected from enemies, so you should earn between 200 and 300 candies per event with both sets of candies together.

The EDZ is the best location for farming due to how frequently Public Events appear here. It’s a big enough space that there’s almost always one, so you can spend time traveling from one to another to collect your coin. Once you have collected enough candy or become tired of holding public events, you can return to Eva to receive your winnings.

How can candy be spent?

Buy exotic class items or earn an event weapon

Perhaps the most interesting use of Candy this year is that it can be used to purchase exotic class items from Eva in the tower. This will slow you down 2,500 candies and a mysterious engramso you’ll need to do some work, but it’s still a much more efficient way to earn the item than running Dual Destiny over and over again. Make sure you are tuned in to any Destiny 2You are more interested in the exotic aspect of talking to your Ghost in the Tower of the Paleheart before purchasing anything from Eva.

This is good for solo players, as Dual Destiny is meant to be played with another Guardian. Previously, if you were a solo player, there was no way to unlock the exotic class items without facing the harsh borders of LFG. Fortunately, developers at Bungie recognized how annoying this barrier was for many Guardians and added the items to Eva’s catalog this year.

As for the event weapons, you’ll have a few to choose from. This year’s new weapon is Arcane Embrace, a Heavy Burst Arc Shotgun. Heavy Burst shotguns fire a two-shot shot, hitting hard and reducing flinch when aiming. Here are the advantages it can offer:
