Benedict Cumberbatch’s Sherlock future gets optimistic response from producer

A Sherlock Producer Sue Vertue talks about the future of the BBC show. The BBC series saw Benedict Cumberbatch portrays the iconic detective character created by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and star opposite Martin Freeman as assistant John Watson. Sherlock Ran for four seasons from 2010 to 2017, as each installment featured three movie-length episodes that introduced a series of whodunit mysteries. The show was nominated for Emmy awards, including acting, writing and outstanding television movie.

Reflecting on this also makes me realize how Guy Ritchie’s Sherlock Holmes 3 Has never come yet. Hence, vague updates like these only pave the way for both projects.
