Instead of telling Ali and Bree to get over their problems, or even trying to mediate things between them, Aesha was much more hands-off than it felt like she should have been.

Aesha’s time on Below deck Mediterranean Season 9 was fun to watch, though Her management style was not the best on Mustique. When dealing with a team that is already short-handed, choosing to be more passive about potential issues is not necessarily the right answer. Instead, Aehsa should have been able to deal with talking to her steves about the issues impacting their performance. Although she may not have been able to fire the Steves for their problems, the Below deck Mediterranean Cimmer could have been more assertive with her instructions and pushed them to move forward. If Aesha had been firmer, they could have improved.
