Adkins has the look and feel of a character like Dragon. With his fighting prowess and fearsome yet unassuming look, the actor could channel much of the flair he brought to films like Revenge. Drakon is not one of the most popular villains, there is also room for interpretation; Adkins could take what works from the character but would also have the opportunity to make much of it memorably his own.

Adkins is British and brings effective intensity and control to each of his roles, which would allow him to be an excellent casting for British Superman star Manchester Black.
