Ambiguous Jujutsu Kaisen message stokes hopes of the continuation of the series

Shawn Jumps hit battle manga, Jujutsu Kaisen, is soon set to end its six-year run, but has an ambiguous message stoked fans’ hopes for a sequel Before the release of the final chapter. A recent post on X by a user named AniTsumi Shared a page from issue #43 of Weekly Shonen Jump dedicated to Jujutsu Kaisens upcoming finale, which included a Vague statement which can be translated as “Jujutsu Kaisen continue” or “Jujutsu Kaisen It’s not over yet.”

Although the rest of the page only talks about celebrating the finale and the special events and gifts planned for the final chapter, many fans got their hopes up and took this as confirmation of Jujutsu Kaisen Get a sequel or a continuation. however, proper Translations of the page have since proven this not to be the case.

The top line of the text can be translated to “Jujutsu Kaisen Technical College News.” This section is a weekly newsletter that appears in every issue of Weekly Shōnen Jump and contains news about the franchise as a whole and all its multimedia forms, including upcoming promotions, merchandise and various adaptations.

In fact, the very next line reads “A special edition to commemorate the final episode” which at best could mean an additional special episode or epilogue of sorts after the final chapter. The third sentence is the one that caused all the confusion, with the last sentence they sing about a big announcement that will come in the next number, which again hints at Jujutsu Kaisen Get more content after the finale. But, it is In no way, shape, or form, confirmation that the series will receive a continuation.

Jujutsu Kaisen still has a lot to offer as a franchise

Overall, given the vast following Jujutsu Kaisen has acquired over the years, it makes sense that fans would cling to any hope for a continuation. Although a manga sequel may seem unlikely at this point, Jujutsu Kaisen Still has a lot to offer as a franchise to fill the void left behind the manga’s ending. This includes an upcoming third season adapting the Cool Game arc, a new feature film adapting the Hidden Inventory arc, and many more that have yet to be announced.
