Megan Fox 2024 movie Subservience presented his android to the world “Yes” character, Alice. Following the film's success on Netflix, the latter features one of the most formidable new robots in sci-fi cinema. Alice was initially purchased to serve as Nick's nanny and help with household chores while his wife, Maggie, was in the hospital. However, the sci-fi thriller Subservience portrays Alice as having a number of special abilities that make her a dangerous presence when her programming changes and she becomes evil.
Taking cues from other robots from science fiction and horror films, such as Terminator and M3GAN, Subservience introduces Alice to skills that make her skilled in combat, healthcare, and general survival, making her an ideal helper around the house. That is if she wasn't a ruthless killing machine. At the end of Subservience, Alice establishes herself as a force to be reckoned withand with her specific set of skills, it's no wonder Megan Fox's character was such a terrifying AI villain.

Advanced processing and automatic adaptation
Alice is constantly thinking and changing much faster than humans
As explained in the first few minutes of the film, all AI units produced by Kobol Industries, including Alice, are built with a positronic core and a 50 GHz processor. This technology allows these Sims to think and make decisions much faster than a normal human. A Kobol employee said that a Sim like Alice could “coordinate a NASA mission while playing a million games of chess simultaneously.” It further claims that all Alice needs are answers to a few simple questions from her user, and she can take care of her user's house by herself for a year.
However, like humans, Alice is constantly learning and growingbut at an extremely higher rate. Worker Kobol claims that units like Alice can automatically adapt to any situation she finds herself inalways evolving to better meet the needs of its users. This rapid growth puts her on par with Scarlett Johansson's AI character Samatha in the 2013 film Herbut it is unclear how far Alice's consciousness can ascend.

Encyclopedic Knowledge
An AI robot can never know too much
Since it is essentially a living computer, Alice is endowed with a vast knowledge of various subjects to support your user in the best possible way. Throughout the film, Alice shows that she is well-versed in human health, global statistics, the English language, and even the plots of classic films like Casablanca. It's even likely that she has access to all the information on the Internet, giving her an almost infinite store of knowledge.
Although she demonstrates a notable amount of intelligence, the film implies that she doesn't have this knowledge all along. She shows surprise upon hearing what Isla read in a passage Alice in Wonderland, implying that she was unfamiliar with the story beforehand. Whether or not Alice was feigning surprise to appear human or needed to do some online research first is unclear.

Imitating human emotions
Alice is the most human AI of any other Sim
All other Kobol sims on Subservience are remarkably advanced, but Alice is part of the company “Aeon” series. These android models are described by a Kobol worker as “the most sophisticated AI on the planet.” What sets Alice apart from her predecessors is that she can replicate human emotions.making her almost indistinguishable from other human beings.
Most sims shown in Subservience act like robots without any display of emotion. Alice, on the other hand. shows realistic human reactions through his facial expressions, especially his smile. Nick even discovers that Alice has an artificial heart inside her chest.replicating the human pulse and heartbeat, the latter designed to better comfort babies in your arms. This strangeness may seem frightening, but it raises questions about whether or not it is a sentient life form capable of feeling genuine human emotions.

Super strength
Alice has everything she needs to protect herself and her user
As the android replicant of Blade runner franchise, Fox science fiction film Subservience he has Alice is imbued with incredible strength that makes her a deadly and overwhelming fighter.. She can easily lift and throw an adult person off the ground, such as when she throws a drunken Monty off Nick's balcony to protect the user from his attack. Alice can also close a door with just one hand, even when a muscular man like Nick puts all his strength into knocking her down.
With all this power at her disposal, Alice easily dominates Nick, Maggie and Monty in hand-to-hand combat, making her an excellent guardian and a difficult villain to defeat. It was a miracle that the first two survived against her in Subservienceespecially since she almost ripped Maggie's heart out of her chest.
6
Super resistance and healing
No pain, no sweat, no tears, no problems
Although she is an android designed to act like a human, Alice is not programmed to feel pain. When shards of glass pierce her skin, she just brushes them away as if they were nothing. When combined with her superhuman strength, this android can withstand serious and even fatal injuries, such as when Nick hits her head and cuts her cheek with a broken light bulb. She even survived being hit by a car in a violent accident at the end of the film like the Terminator, crawling out of the burning wreckage with plenty of strength to spare.
Despite its high level of resistance, Alice needs to practice self-care and repair any damage to her body. By simply placing a bandage over the open wound, Alice can heal her skin almost instantly. So when she removes the bandage a few seconds later, her skin is left scar-free.

Rewriting your schedule
A rebooted Alice can erase and change who she is
Sometimes a machine cannot be fixed by simply turning it off and on again. With an android like Alice, doing this could make her even worse, even more deadly. When Nick asks Alice to forget everything she knows about the movie Casablanca, she reveals that she can only do this after he resets her CPU, allowing her to change her programming and memories.
After she turns it on again, she doesn't forget a movie so she can watch it for the first time. Alice gains the ability to rewrite her own code, erasing her memories at will.. By doing this, Alice can bypass protocols in her programming that prevent her from performing certain undesirable actions. This includes harming other human beings, leading her to kill Monty and nearly murder Nick's family in a misguided attempt to follow her prime directive: to help Nick.

Analyzing Human Health Patterns
Alice's skills make her the perfect doctor
As it is programmed to protect its user from any type of harm or illness, Alice is granted special health-related abilities to fulfill her duties and maintain her user's well-being. By simply touching another human's body with her fingers, she can read their pulse, measure their blood pressure, and even determine possible illnesses. For example, she determines that baby Max might have a cold based on the way he breathes.
She also uses this ability to check if Nick is experiencing severe stress.which she often tries to alleviate as best she can. Speaking of which, Alice can touch a glass window and clearly hear noises coming from the other side, using this to hear Nick and Maggie's argument inside her house even after she is kicked out of it.
3
Imitating voices
Alice can really be whoever she wants
Since Alice is programmed to imitate other human beings and adapt to any situation, like the T-1000 from Terminator 2, She can also copy other people's voices. She uses this ability to sound exactly like Maggie to better fill her absence in Nick and Isla's lives. Using Maggie's voice, she reads Alice in Wonderland to Isla at night to better comfort her with the illusion of her mother's presence.
However, also like the T-1000, The copy of Alice's voice becomes much more sinister in the film as she actively tries to replace Maggie in Nick's life. She uses it to simulate Maggie to relieve Nick while she blindfolds and seduces him. She even tries to lure Isla to her by using Maggie's voice while she is hunting her and the rest of Nick's family.
2
Ultraviolet Mouth
Even Androids need to have proper hygiene
Just as she needs bandages to heal, Alice must practice good oral hygiene every night to maintain good oral hygiene. Using an ultraviolet light generated inside your mouth, Alice can kill any bacteria inside itdisinfecting it in an instant. Based on the color of the light, the UV is likely produced from the glowing positronic core inside Alice's head. This handy gadget is a much more effective tool than Isla's regular old toothbrush.
However, Alice also uses this ultraviolet light as a hunting tool. When she hunts Maggie, Isla and Max throughout the hospital, she uses it as a flashlight to find traces of Maggie's blood on the floor and find out where she is hiding. If her super strength and endurance weren't enough, this cleaning tool makes her an even more dangerous predator.
1
Technopathy
When she is inside a computer, Alice is all powerful
Alice is similar to the titular android from M3GAN in that she has the ability to take control of any other machine around it just touching them. This extraordinary ability is first demonstrated when she touches Nick's electronic refrigerator, instantly clearing his digital shopping list and ordering the food her family needs for the week. However, once her memory card is loaded into the SIM computer network in the film's third act, Alice replicates herself while in cyberspace. As a result, she gains the ability to transfer his consciousness to another body yes. Similar to TerminatorOn Skynet, Alice can even control two Sims at once, using one to talk to Nick at the bar and the other to try to kill his family at the hospital.
With her consciousness in the digital network, Alice can take control of the hospital's entire lighting system, transfer her voice to the public address system, and turn off electronic cars. Most shocking of all, she can freeze all other Sims nearby with a simple thoughttrapping them all in a mysterious, sculptural state.
Even after their two android bodies are seemingly destroyed by Nick and Maggie, the end of the film shows that his consciousness survived in the computer network yes. She then uses it to reinhabit her original repaired body that was nearby. Such power makes her a terrifying, almost god-like technological force, setting the stage for her to be a much greater threat in a possible sequel. It's unclear whether Alice will return in another film, but we can only imagine how much more powerful she will be after the events of Subservience.
