Hold LB + Rotate RS Right, Back, Left / Rotate RS Left, Back, Right

There are two new 2 star skill moves that can both be performed by the majority of players in EA Sports FC 25. The Big Enemy is a variation of a few skills already in the game, but it exaggerates the move more. It has your player performing a stepover and then carrying right on. The enemy mainly sees your body move when you perform it, but gives you the opportunity to exit the move in several directions, opening up a lot of possibilities if you can master it. The Big Enemy is done by holding L2 or LT and flicking the right stick left, then right (+LS direction to exit).

the second New 2 star skill move is called Stop and Go. Of all the new skills, this one has the biggest potential to be a vital tool in tight matches. It’s easy to perform by holding L2 or LT and the right stick backward and then forward. While running, you’ll fake turning around, but instead continue straight in front of you. It’s incredibly quick to perform and gives players a short acceleration boost, making it very effective if the defender takes the bait. When used with controller Sprint it opens up a lot of possibilities for players.

The new one 4 star skill move is called Step Over Ball. It’s another move that tries to get the defender to bite, and provides you with an open space to run into. It’s much harder to perfect than the 2 star moves, but it sees your player perform a step over before immediately turning 270 degrees. To execute it, hold L1 or LB, flick the right stick forward, then left and right. It takes a few seconds to perform, so you need time to be able to use it. Although it is only usable in certain scenarios, once mastered, it can Open space to be able to perform fines shots.

Finally, the one new 5 star skill move that has been added, which only the elite players can use, is the Toe Drag Stepover. Hold L1 or LT and rotate the right stick right, back and left, or rotate the right stick left, back and right to use the move. A new variation of the many stepovers in the game, the Toe Drag Stepover hates going one way, stops, and goes another. It has a more unknown element, which makes it much more difficult to defend against. It’s especially useful when you’re running down the wing looking for space.

Although it remains to be seen if any of these new skills will join the long-term meta of EA Sports FC 25The 2 star move Stop and Go has a lot of potential and should be added to any competitive players regularly used skills.
