All the new craftable weapons in Genshin Impact 5.0 has now been revealed with the arrival of the long-awaited update. Version 5.0 is the new big patch for developer HoYoverse’s action RPG and it’s best known for introducing the region of Natlan to the playable areas of Taivat. This update kicks off a new year of content starting with new Archon Quests focused on Traveler’s arrival in the Nation of Pyro. There are also three new playable characters in Genshin Impact 5.0, Mualani, Kachina and Kinich, as well as reruns banners for some beloved 5-star units.
Natlan’s introduction will also bring a series of extra content for players to dive into, from side quests to special activities. Some of this content will present itself in the form of new craftable weapons. Each region has a set of weapons that can be crafted at a blacksmith with certain materials and the design of the items, and Natlan is no exception. One craftable weapon of each category arrived with version 5.0 and they can now make multiple copies to, perhaps, take their base weapon to Refinement Level 5 (R5) in Genshin Impact 5.0.

Flute of Ezpitzel – New sword in Genshin Impact 5.0
The 4-star sword increases the DEF stat
The first craftable weapon in the Natln set is called Flute of Ezpitzl. This item is a 4-star sword focused on the DEF stat, making it a very viable F2P (free-to-play) alternative for several characters in the game. The fluke of Ezpitzal’s base ATK stat (454 at level 90) is not too impressive, but this is compensated with a huge DEF sub-stat (69% at level 90). The sword’s weapon ability further deepens its affinity with the DEF stat. with him When the user uses an elemental skill, their DEF will be increased by 16% for 15 seconds in Genshin Impact.
The effect is for R1. At R5, which is easily achievable thanks to the fact that it can be crafted multiple times and then refined, the DEF bonus of the weapon’s skill increases to 32%. With the exception of the event-exclusive Cinnabar Spindle, which some players lost the chance to claim, There are no other DEF-focused swords, making Flute of Ezpitzal the new best-in-slot for sword characters that rely heavily on the DEF stat.
The new Natlan Sword will be a great F2P option for two older characters, namely Albedo and the recently released Chiori in Genshin Impact.
Cinnabar Spindle is likely to continue to be the best 4-star weapon for these characters, but due to its limited acquisition in the early days of the game, many players missed the opportunity and did not have access to it. Now, Flute of Ezpitzal can offer players a 4-star def-centered Sword that will help the abilities of both Albedo and Chiori gain significant powerEspecially if any of them were wielding their respective 5-star signature weapons. This is even more significant considering its F2P status in Genshin Impact.
Like the sword, the new 4-star polearm is focused on def
The new polearm in the Natlan weapon set introduced with version 5.0 is called Footprint of the Rainbow. This new polearm, like the sword before it, is also focused on the DEF stat. It offers the user a normal base ATK stat (510 at level 90) and a hefty DEF sub-stat (51.7% at level 90) that can significantly increase a character’s power. Footprint of the Rainbow is, in fact, the best weapon for Kashina’s build Genshin ImpactMainly due to the fact that It is the only polearm in the game with a DEF sub-stat.
While the weapon skill for Footprint of the Rainbow takes a different name than the skill provided by the Flute of Ezpitzal sword, the effects are exactly the same. After the equipping character uses their elemental skills, their DEF is increased by 16% for 15 seconds (at R1). If Footprint of the Rainbow is at R5, the skill’s def bonus is boosted to 32%Although still lasting for 15 seconds.
The weapon’s DEF sub-stat and DEF-centered ability also work wonders for Yun Jin, whose normal attack DMG buffs balance from her own DEF. If she uses her skills followed by her burst, the next active character to jump in will have a greater amount of damage output to work with when striking opponents with their normal attacks, for example. As the first def-focused polararm, Trace of the Rainbow will likely be a staple for future Polearm characters with DEF-scaling abilities in Genshin Impacttoo.

Earth Shaker – New Claymore in Genshin Impact 5.0
The new 4-star Claymore is suitable for offensive DPS with at least one pyro unit
Earth Shaker is the new craftable claymore weapon from the Natlan set added with version 5.0. The new 4-star Claymore deviates from the previously mentioned weapons and moves away from the DEF stat, instead leaning into purely offensive properties. Its base ATK stat (565 at level 90) is fairly high for a 4-star weapon and that is boosted even further with the weapon’s ATK sub-stat (27.6% at level 90). For characters that exclude the ATK stat for damage output, Earth Shaker can become their best F2P weapon in Genshin Impact.
Of course, Earth Shaker’s weapon skill can help determine who it goes to. After a party member triggers a pyro-related elemental reaction, the user’s elemental skill DMG is increased by 16% for eight secondsAn effect that can be triggered when the triggering party member is on the field. If Earth Shaker is at R5, the Elemental Skill DMG bonus is 32%. As such, the new 4-star Claymore from version 5.0 can be used on Pyro Claymore characters like Diluc or Dehya in Genshin Impact. However, the weapon is not limited to this.
Because any party member can trigger the effect, this means that Earth Shaker could be used by a DPS of another elemental type, such as Kinich or EulaFor example. When the team’s pyro sub-DPS, like Xiangling, triggers an off-field pyro reaction with the main DPS’ own element, the main DPS will benefit from the Elemental Skill DMG bonus. Kinnich, for example, his damage can increase when he swings around connected to an enemy with his grapple hook, while Eula can use the constant meltdown reactions in Genshin Impact.

Ring of Yaxche – New Catalyst in Genshin Impact 5.0
The New Catalyst offers great HP and offensive boosts
Natlan’s new craftable 4-star catalyst in version 5.0 is called Ring of Yaxche. Like many of the weapons in this category, Ring of Yaxche is focused on offering the user a huge boost to HP. Additionally, they get extra offensive bonuses based on their own HP. Ring of Iaxche has an average base ATK stat (510 at level 90) and a great HP sub-stat (41.3% at level 90). This alone makes it perfect for some offensive catalyst players like Kokomi.
With his weapon skill, Ring of Yaxche becomes even stronger. When the equipping character uses an elemental skill, they gain the Jade-Forged Crown effect. Every 1,000 max HP increases the normal attack DMG dealt by the user by 0.6% for 10 seconds, up to a total of 16%. The effect is for R1. At R5, the normal attack DMG bonus increases by 1% for every 1,000 max HP for 10 seconds, up to a maximum of 32%. This means that Catalyst DPS characters that rely on normal attacks can thrive with Ring of Yaxche in Genshin Impact.
This is the best weapon for Mualani because her main rotation consists of using her elemental skills and then continuously using her enhanced normal attacks against enemies. This also works very well for a Kokomi that is focused on dealing damage rather than healing – Even if this type of build for you is much rarer to see. It might even work well with Barbara, mainly due to the large HP increases she gets from simply equipping the new Craftable Catalyst of Genshin Impact 5.0s Natlan region.

Chain Breaker – New bow in Genshin Impact 5.0
The bow is versatile for several characters in the game
The final craftable weapon of the Natlan region with version 5.0 is called Chain Breaker. The 4-star bow is an extremely versatile weapon to carryFit perfectly with a variety of characters, especially if each of the signature weapons of the characters are not available. Chain Breaker’s base ATK stat (565 at level 90) is fairly high and its ATK sub-stat (27.6% at level 90) is also useful when increasing the overall damage potential of the equip character. This is further boosted by the Chain Breaker ability Genshin Impact.
For each party member from Natlan’s area or who has a different elemental type than the user, the equipping character gains 4.8% increased ATK. When there are no less than three of the aforementioned characters, the user also gains 24 elemental mastery. At R5, the ATK increase is 9.6%, while the elemental mastery bonus is 48 points. This makes Chain Breaker a great bow for offensive archers who can benefit from elemental reactions – this is the case with archers who use their charged attacks, like Sethos in Genshin Impact.
Many other characters could potentially use Chain Breaker, especially due to its easily attainable R5 and F2P status. This includes archers like Lini, Yomiya, Venti and even Ganyu. In general, the most common part of the Chain Breaker is ensuring that the bonus will be activated with the proper team campaign, but, as soon as this is ensured, its full potential can be unlocked – and with more character releases, it is Likely more characters will be able to use Chain Breaker in Genshin Impact.
