Some of the new characters from Amphoraus de Honkai: Star Trail were officially revealed by developer HoYoverse, allowing players to get an idea of the units players will be able to obtain during the turn-based RPG’s third year of contentas well as the possible allies they can make during story missions set in the game’s fourth destination. Some of the characters had already been mentioned by name as part of the characters leaked to Honkai: Star Trail 3.0 to 3.2, like Aglaea and Castorice. Now their designs have been presented by the developer.
Amphora is a destination heavily inspired by Greek and Roman mythologywith elements such as gods and titans, as humanity fights against their dominance. The heroes of Amphoraus are called the Heirs of Chrysos and are expected to unite against the threats against their planet. HoYoverse has revealed several Amphoraus characters, though four others have been teased even though their designs have been kept secret. The 10 characters are rumored to be all 5-star units, meaning there should be even more if unannounced 4-star characters are added during Honkai: Star Trailthird year of content.

Aglaia
She will be the first character in Amphoreus and the first in Amphoreus
Aglaea is, officially, the first Ampforeus character to be revealed. Before being shown in more detail in the Amphoraus teaser trailer shared on the official website Honkai: Star Trail YouTube channel, Aglaea’s drip marketing has been revealed, confirming that she was intended to be the first 5-star Ampforeus character available in banners. She is expected to debut as a playable unit in version 3.0, alongside The Herta in Honkai: Star Trail.
Aglaea, known as Goldweaver, is a 5-star Lightning character who follows the Path of Remembrance. As seen in its indirect marketing and teaser trailer, Aglaea can summon memosprites, which are the main characteristics of the characters in the Path of Remembrance. She has bright blonde hair and wears a white dress. Aglaea’s memosprites resemble headless mannequins, although adorned in elegant clothing. After the Remembrance Trailblazer in Honkai: Star TrailAglaea should be the first playable character of this new Path.

Tribe
The character can be a support for team compositions
The next character revealed in the teaser trailer is called Tribbie, as exemplified by the video description. Tribbie appears to be a short female character with red hair, a white dress, and various flower decorations. During the video, Tribbie is known as a three-guy messenger who goes through countless doors. Tribbie could be the version 3.1 character who was originally leaked as Tibao, a unit that supposedly uses Quantum DMG and follows the Path of Harmony.
If this is true, then Tribbie should be a support unit focused on strengthening her allies in some way. The first leaks about Tribbie’s kit by Shiroha and Uncle C were shared in a post tagged “Reliable” about Redditstating that your abilities may be related to the position your allies occupy Honkai: Star Trail are defined in the team composition. Furthermore, the leak also says that, in E0, Tribbie already has RES PEN, DEF reduction and DMG increase as part of her buffs.

Anaxagoras
Anaxa may be a nihility ice character from Ampforeus
Following Tribbie, HoYoverse teased a character named Anaxagoras, also known as Anaxa. The teaser trailer shows them wearing an outfit similar to a black suit with shades of blue. The character has light blue-green hair and wears a black eye patch over his left eye. In the video, he appears to be sitting at the foot of a tree roots. Anaxagoras is rumored to be an Ice character who follows the Path of Nihilitymeaning he can specialize in debuffing enemies.
The information about Anaxa’s game kit comes from Seele Leaks, which was also shared in a post on Reddit. No other details about how it works have been shared, but if this is true, then Anaxas will be the first Ice Nihility character since Pela in Honkai: Star Trailhowever he is rumored to be a 5-star unit rather than a 4-star character.

Hyacine
Many details about the character are still unknown
Following Anaxa, players get a glimpse of a character named Hyacine. This pink-haired character wears a white and burgundy dress with long white socks.. Although it’s pink, her hair resembles Barbara’s from Genshin Impactwhile the color palette of her outfit is reminiscent of that worn by Charlotte in the action RPG. Hyacine is referred to as a priest capable of separating dawn from dusk. From the teaser image, you can see that she has green eyes.
So far, Hyacine has not been leaked for any of the banners between versions 3.0 and 3.2, so she may appear first as an NPC and be released later. In addition to the uncertainty surrounding her release date, it is also unknown what she will do in combat. The element of Hyacine and the alignment of the Path are uncertain at this timeand this should be revealed closer to when she is finally released in Honkai: Star Trail.

Mydeimos
Leaks say he will be a character of imaginary destruction
Mydeimos is one of the new confirmed characters from Amphoraus, and there are rumors that he will arrive in the Version 3.1 banners, according to information from Seele Leaks. In the teaser trailer, Mydeimos, also called Mydei, is shown screaming in a burning area, with what appears to be a red lion spirit floating above him. – in many ways, this lion feels like a summons in the same way that the Lightning Lord is to Jing Yuan. Mydeimos has blond hair and wears greaves, gauntlets, and shoulder pads, although his shirt is left open, showing his chest and tattoos.
HoYoverse has not made further announcements about Mydeimos, but the Seele Leaks information mentions that it will debut in version 3.1 banners. As such, Mydeimos is likely the previously leaked character like Wandi and Polystratus. Leaks say Mydeimos will be an imaginary character in Path of Destruction. A leak from Uncle Guoba in Reddit says that Mydeimos will consume HP and that it has a special mechanic in its ability that resembles a Curio from the Divergent Universe. If the leaks are true, Mydeimos will be the first Imaginary Destruction character since Imbibitor Lunae in Honkai: Star Trail.

Cipher
The character Anphoreus is also known as Cypher
Cifera, also known as Cipher, is another of the new Ampforeus characters revealed for the RPG’s third year of content. Cipher’s title is Fleet-Footed, and from the teaser trailer, it’s clear why. The character moves with incredible speed, passing through enemies. Cifera has cat elements in its design, such as a hood with ears and a tail.. Additionally, she appears to use her arms to move as well.
The character’s introduction in the teaser trailer also says that Cipher is capable of commanding the flow of frozen time, which could be an indication of her exceptional speed or a special ability. At the moment, there are no leaks about Cipher’s possible release date, as it is not listed among the new units for versions 3.0 to 3.2. There are also no leaks regarding his possible alignment and Path element, making it impossible to speculate how Cifera will work in team compositions in Honkai: Star Trail.

Castorice
She should create Memosprites as a souvenir character
Castorice, on the other hand, has blatantly leaked in the past. New character Ampforeus is said to be a servant of the Shadow Hand and daughter of the River Styxwhich is the river in Greek mythology that separates the earth from the living and the underworld. His connection to death is also represented in the official art shared on Honkai: Star TrailThe account of X in X, which says that the River of Souls flows and grants the embrace of death.
Unlike some other Ampforeus characters, Castorice has been leaked for version 3.2, and with that, rumors suggest how she could work. According to Uncle Guoba, Castorice will be a quantum character in the Path of Remembrance. As such, she is expected to create memosprites to aid her in battle, as memosprites are the core trait of Remembrance characters. The leak also says she uses a scythe in battle, which would be appropriate given her apparent connection to death. Castorice’s project in Honkai: Star Trail it looks similar to Fu Xuan, but with some insightful elements.

Phainon
The nameless king may be one of the most important characters in the amphora
Phainon is expected to be one of the most important characters in Ampforeus because he is known as the Nameless King. The character has bright blue hair and wears battle-ready clothing in shades of white, blue, and gold. He also wears a darker half-cape over his left shoulder while wielding a sword. Phainon’s art shows that he has scars on his chest, which Uncle C says are not scars exactly, but rather a sun-related tattoo. The information was shared on Reddit.
Like many other characters in Ampforeus, Details about Phainon’s possible element and Path alignment have not yet been revealed or leaked. Additionally, he’s not listed among the characters arriving between versions 3.0 and 3.2, meaning it could still be a while before more information about how he’ll function as a playable character is revealed. Of course, more leaks are likely to emerge as HoYoverse gets closer to the release of Honkai: Star Trail 3.0.

Hysilens and mysterious characters
Some characters were teased with silhouettes
In addition to the characters with full designs, HoYoverse teased four extra Amphoraus characters. You can’t see much of these characters, but two of them have long, spiky hair. Another of them stands out, apparently holding a flame in his hand.. His obscured face also appears different from the humanoid characters, even resembling a creature in some aspects. The fourth and final mystery character from Ampforeus also appears humanoid, although little can be said of his silhouette.
From the teaser trailer description, it appears that the name of the first mysterious character is Hysilens. The subsequent two have their names obscured, making it impossible to know who they are at this time. The fourth and final mystery character is supposedly called Cerydra, as seen in the trailer description. Their designs are expected to be showcased at a future date, as are the new Xianzhou characters, who were first introduced with silhouettes and then revealed units like Feixiao in Honkai: Star Trail.

Cyrene
The pink-haired girl is not one of Crisos’ heirs
The last character to appear in the Amphoraus teaser trailer is reportedly named Cyrene. This pink-haired girl has blue eyes and appears to speak directly to the players or the Trailblazer. They stand in a wheat field overlooking the horizon and then turn to address whoever they are speaking to. Cyrene does not appear to be one of the Heirs of Chrysos, but rather an important character from Amphoreus.
She can be a guide for the Astral Express when they reach their next destination. No other details about Cyrene have been revealed, so it’s unknown whether she will be a playable character – there’s even a chance she could be a 4-star unit, for example. However, it shouldn’t be long before more details about Amphoreus’ characters begin to emerge as Honkai: Star Trail 3.0 is expected to arrive in mid-January 2025, based on the game’s regular six-week schedule for each update.
