There were six Regular Program Halloween episodes, known collectively as "Terror Tales of the Park". Regular Program introduced the annual 30-minute specials in season 3 and continued the tradition during its eighth and final season. Each episode of "Terror Tales of the Park" is an anthology of scary stories narrated by the main characters. Not considered Regular Program canon, meaning characters could die and it wouldn't affect the series' regular episodes.
With the concept, Regular Program is responsible for some of Cartoon Network's scariest episodes. Although there are many brilliant episodes of Regular Programits Halloween specials are among its most memorable. Regular Program creator James Garland Quintel would have been inspired by The Simpsons'Treehouse of Horrors' Halloween Episodes, so they replicated a similar format for Regular Program'Tales of Terror from the Park'.

"Terror Tales from Park 5"
Regular Show, Season 7, Episode 9
The fifth Halloween special is considered one of the Regular Programis the best. Season 7, Episode 9, “Terror Tales of the Park 5,” uses a slightly different story framing than previous episodes. Introduces the gang to the park's annual Halloween party, for which Benson hired a wish-making machine called Racki the Wishmaker. When making a wish, characters become subject to visions. The first is that of Benson, told in the segment “Mr. Boss Man”, during which he buys a puppet to motivate Mordecai and Rigby, who soon comes to life.
Pop's wish, depicted in the segment titled "Werepops", involves a werewolf on trial, with the park gang serving as jury. Hi-Five Ghost makes the third wish, instigating a story called "Going Up", which concerns him being trapped inside an elevator while visiting Celia. Skips tells the first story, “Fear Planet,” which features Mordecai, Rigby, Pop and Benson visiting a planet that brings their greatest fears to life. The second story, "King Size Chocolate Bars", is told by Eileen. During this story, the gang goes trick-or-treating at Space Tree Station, where they find a house inhabited by vampires.
