The patriarch and matriarch of the Weasley clan, Arthur works in the Ministry of Magic in the Misuse of Muggle Artifacts Office, an underappreciated, but important part of the wizarding government. Molly Weasley stays at home in the Burrow, tending to the many needs of seven young wizards. Bill Weasley is the oldest of the Weasley children and is often referred to as the coolest. His first appearance is in The Goblet of Fire In the books and in the movies, he does not appear until now The Deadly Hallows: Part 1. Smart, loyal and charming, Bill is the perfect older brother. He is also very brave, taking on the werewolf Fenrir Greyback (Dave Legeno), and nearly being mauled to death for him. Bill marries Fleur Delacour (Clémence Poésy) at the beginning of The Deadly HallowsWhich is the official start of Voldemort’s takeover.

Charlie Weasley is the least known of the Weasley siblings, especially when it comes to fans who have only seen the movies. The second-oldest sibling, Charlie is a dragonologist who is often out of the country, studying dragons. He plays an important role in the first book, bringing Norbert the Norwegian Ridgeback to a dragon shrine, and then returns in the fourth book to take care of the dragons that are used for the Triwizard Tournament. He is only once in the movies, in a photograph of the Weasley family taken on vacation in Egypt.

Percy is the third-oldest Weasley sibling, and although he ranks below Ginny, Ron, Fred and George in importance, he still plays an outsized role in Harry Potter.
