Mike Flanagan is developing a TV series adaptation of Curry. Flanagan has adapted many of Stephen King’s past works, including Play Gerald’s game, Doctor Sleep, The life of Chuckand is currently developing a Dark Tower Series adaptation. Curry Is King’s first published novel and has received multiple film adaptations in the past, with the most famous being the 1976 version starring Sissy Spacek in the titular role and starring John Travolta as Billy Nolan.
According to Term, Flanagan Curry Adaptation will be an eight-episode series made for Amazon. Flanagan and his frequent collaborator, Trevor Macy, will serve as executive producers on the series, with Macy having worked as a producer on Play Gerald’s game, Doctor SleepAnd The life of Chuck.
