Divine Trees I did a renovation Boruto: Two Blue Vortexesachieving sentience and a humanoid form while quickly using his immense power to become a problem for neighboring shinobi villages. The rise of Jura and his subordinates, Hidari, Matsuri, Mamushi and now Ryū, is causing the Hidden Leaf and Sand villages to evaluate the potential of these threats and their reach and potential to grow. As shown in the last chapter, the Divine Trees are gaining a greater understanding of their origins, to the point that their threat and process of selecting new members appears increasingly deliberate.
Jura and the God Trees began to increase their numbers due to Code’s Claw Grimes consuming several high-profile Konoha shinobi, including Sasuke Uchiha and Shinki, Gaara’s adopted son. But for a long time, it seemed like this was an unexpected development, and to those outside of Jura’s circle, it was while the remnants of the Ten-Tails made their moves. But in Boruto: Two Blue Vortices, This opens the series to questions about the Thorn Soul Bulbs and where future descendants of the God Tree could appear next.
The birth of a self-aware divine tree is not random
Boruto: two Blue Vortex villains seek more than enlightenment
In Boruto: Two Blue Vortexes Chapter #15, a flashback occurs where readers glimpse Shinki’s consumption by a Claw Grime, transforming into a tree, while initiating a barrier jutsu to protect Gaara. As Matsuri sees the jutsu persisting even while Shinki remains trapped, she notes Shinki’s courage and willingness to protect his “master” (father in this case) and that he will make an interesting teammate. Given how even Jura understandably expressed surprise at the Code awakening self-awareness in him and thus the other God Trees in Boruto: Two Blue Vortexes chapter #4, this is an exciting development.
While the same can be said about the Claw Grimes capturing whoever they can to consume them, there appears to be more deliberate absorption in Boruto: Two Blue Vortexes chapter #15. Other witnesses were at the scene, including Shinki’s partner Yodo, who had not been captured by Claw Grimes. Given the Divine Trees’ common connections that draw them to powerful beings such as the Kages and former members of Kara, it seems that Shinki’s capture was more than a way to create a new member. It was also to connect with and extract knowledge from Sunagakure through Gaara’s early absorption.
The thorny soul bulb is the key to many mysteries about the divine trees
The potential to rescue Core Boruto: two Blue Vortex heroes
As shown in Boruto: Two Blue Vortexes Chapter #12, the Thorn Soul Bulb that emerges from the obliterated God Trees is suggested by Boruto as being instrumental in helping those captured by the Claw Grimes. With Hidari’s Thorn Soul Bulb, Boruto states that it would potentially help Sasuke; in case of defeating Ryū, they could rescue Shinki, and so on with the other God Trees. Given how quickly Jura moves to protect these objects and how they can reconstitute dead God Trees, it’s clear that Recovering your Thorn Soul Bulbs is among the top priorities in Boruto: Two Blue Vortices.
Thorn Soul Bulbs contain the essence of whoever the Claw Grimes absorb, that is, each new sapient being must possess amaking their multiplication especially worrying if they manage to recover from death. As each God Tree adopts the abilities of those whose chakra it absorbs, it is increasingly important that any future Thorny Soul Bulbs be recovered. Even though Boruto was injured while trying to capture Hidari, they have a better chance of recovering in the future. But as the Divine Trees add to their roster, their threat grows in scope and global implications.
Boruto will have to find a way to defeat these villains before they multiply
Attack the root of the problem
The primary weakness of Divine Trees has already been revealed in Boruto: Two Blue Vortexes chapter #14, with Jura’s incapacitation meaning the defeat of all other descendants of the Divine Tree. However, this is no easy task, with Jura’s chakra derived from the remains of the Ten-Tails rather than apparently any shinobiunlike the others, even being able to match Himawari’s power after she awakens Kurama within her. But the worst problem is that, although Jura remains the biggest threat and can regain his smaller God Trees as long as he lives, he continues to accumulate more subordinates.
Such is the case with Shinki’s counterpart, and indicates a strong potential push for the Divine Trees to move elsewhere in the world. Boruto: Two Blue Vortexesprobably attacking other Kage in neighboring villages and/or their relatives. With Mei or Chōjūrō likely to be attacked in the Mist, Killer B or Darui in the Clouds, and Kitsuchi or Kurotsuchi in the Stone, the emerging threats could consume the ninja world’s most potent jutsu users. With the weakness of the God Trees decreasing as their numbers increase, it is critical that the heroes move quickly to save the world at large. Boruto: Two Blue Vortices.
