Dragon Ball Daima episode #4 is looking to introduce another major new character, with the first appearance of “the Masked Majin” teased in the preview. This new character will join Goku on his quest to the Demon Realm, and could be a very different presence to those already on the team.
Dragon Ball Daima Episode #3 saw Goku and Supreme Kai arrive in the Demon Realm for the first time, after passing through the bizarre gatekeeper known as “Warp-sama” and navigating the interdimensional space in between. The Demon Realm has some similarities to Dragon Ballof Earth, but features some notably unusual elements, like flying volcanoes and a massive hole that could once be used to cross worlds. Goku even spent the night in a Demon Realm city for the first time, running into some trouble almost immediately when a trip to the bar for dinner went wrong.

What happened in episode 3 of Dragon Ball Daima?
Goku arrives in the demonic realm
In Dragon Ball Daima episode #3, Goku and the Supreme Kai made their way to the Demon Realm with Glorio’s help. The ship had to pass through the guardian known as Warp-sama, who required a password that Supreme Kai was unable to transmit to Kibito, putting Piccolo and Vegeta’s ability to join them later at risk. After passing through a strange interdimensional space, Glory’s plane arrived in the Demon Realm, where the air seems to be heavier than on Earth. The landscape was filled with all kinds of bizarre sights, like a huge statue of Dabura.
Arriving in a Demon Realm city to rest for the night, Glorio threatened to extort a hotel owner into giving them a room, then took Goku to a nearby bar to eat “hamburgers”, although what they are made of is a mystery. . The bar’s residents didn’t like Goku’s rounded ears, a clear sign of a foreigner, and began to cause some problems. Despite being cautious about his past, Glorio has proven that he is no slouch when it comes to combat, and Goku has been able to take care of several noisy customers on his own, now getting used to his smaller frame. Unfortunately, Glório’s plane was taken during the night in retaliation, leaving the group stunned and unsure of how to proceed.
What to expect from Dragon Ball Daima episode 4
Meeting the Masked Majin
Episode #4 of Dragon Ball Daima is titled “Chatty”. The brief preview showed Goku protecting a masked figure, who fans will recognize from pre-release material as “the Masked Majin.” It’s all but confirmed that the Masked Majin is the young girl known as Panzy, who will join Goku and the others on their quest into the Demon Realm. It looks like Goku, Glorio, and the Supreme Kai will encounter the Masked Majin as they try to locate Glorio’s plane, which went missing at the end of the last episode after a bar fight with some locals.
It’s not very clear what Panzy will have to offer the team; she is known to have a small sword, but does not appear to be primarily a combatant. Perhaps the Masked Majin has some information about what happened to Glory’s plane, helping the team locate and recover their main means of transportation. Judging by Goku’s protectiveness, it could very well be that the Masked Majin is already feuding with the locals and is therefore eager for a reason to leave town on an adventure.
With the main characters now reunited in episode 4, it looks like the quest to defeat King Gomah and restore their former appearances can finally begin in earnest. There are still many questions to be answered about these new Dragon Ball Daima original characters, and we hope fans soon discover the truth as the series continues.
